Terms & Conditions

The Services are made available by Boost to you at its sole and absolute discretion and by using the Services upon Activation including but not limited to, purchasing any product and/or services on the App, you unconditionally: –

(a) acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions;

(b) consent to Boost using and processing your personal information and data in accordance with Boost’s Privacy Policy which can be found at myboost.com.my.

Any person that you allow to access the Service using your Account shall also be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please do not continue with the registration process or Activation or the use of this Service(s).

Campaign Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions

  1. ECode reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend, omit and/or vary any part or the whole of the terms and conditions of this Campaign without prior notice to the Customer and Customer shall be bound to observe, perform and comply with the terms and conditions herein and any amendments thereof.
  2. ECode’s decisions in any matter in relation to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive.
  3. Prize winners will ONLY be contacted by eCode via in-app notification. eCode will NOT contact the Customer or winners through telephone calls or any other communication channels, including but not limited to Whatsapp or SMS, for any purposes related to the Campaign.
  4. eCode will not ask for any banking details such as credit card/debit card number and bank transaction authorization code (TAC), Boost account password, PIN or one-time password (OTP) for the winners to claim the prize or for any reason whatsoever. Please do not share your banking details with anyone.
  5. In the event the Prize winners fail to comply with any terms and conditions of this Campaign, eCode reserves the right to forfeit the Prize, or select another winner.
  6. Unless otherwise stated, any cashback reward shall be given within three (3) days from the date of transaction.
  7. ECode shall not be liable for any claim by Customer or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.
  8. ECode shall not be liable for loss or damage to property or any personal injury or loss of life resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.
  9. Customer acknowledges and agrees that ECode reserves the rights to disqualify Customer’s participation of the Campaign or clawback any cashback to the Customer if (i) the Customer is found or suspected of tampering with the Campaign mechanics or the operation of the Campaign; (ii) the Customer is found or suspected of undertaking fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to the Campaign; or (iii) the Customer is in breach of its obligations or any terms and conditions of this Campaign. Notwithstanding the above, eCode reserves the right to reject any participation or the Customers at its sole and absolute discretion without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
  10. ECode does not take any responsibility in the event Customer is prevented from participating in the Campaign, as a result of certain technical restrictions or other limitations specific or force majeure which including but not limited to regulatory and/or government directive, act of God etc.
  11. Ecode disclaims any liability arising from the products or services purchased by the Customer from third party merchants.
  12. All photographs, personal information and names submitted in the Campaign shall be the property of ECode.
  13. By participating this Campaign, Customer has agreed to allow ECode, at its absolute discretion, to use Customer’s name, photographs, voice or video recordings and entries for publicity, advertising, trade or Campaign purposes in any media, without first obtaining any further consent nor making any payment whatsoever to the Customer.
  14. Except as expressly mentioned herein, ECode shall not be responsible for any expenses and cost including out-of-pocket expenses related to or as a consequence of participating in this Campaign.
  15. All prizes offered under this Campaign are not transferable for cash or in kind and shall be subject to availability of stock. eCode reserves the right to substitute and replace the prize offered with another prize of equal value or higher value as eCode deems fit.
  16. The content for the Campaign may be provided by a third party. ECode does not filter or edit such content. Customer acknowledges that ECode is under no obligtation to censor the content or information provided. ECode disclaims all liability in relation to the content provided.
  17. In the event any of the provision in these terms and conditions is invalid, illegal and unenforceable under any applicable law or by any reasons whatsoever, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
  18. No delay or indulgence by ECode in enforcing any terms or conditions herein shall constitute waiver by ECode of Customer’s breach of these terms and conditions.

(A) TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOST SUPER SHAKE MASS CAMPAIGN (“Campaign”)

  1. This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1214970-T) (“eCode). By participating in the Campaign, you (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions offered and relevant to the customer in respect to this Campaign.
  2. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and Boost terms and conditions of Boost, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions and (ii) Boost terms and conditions.

Duration of Campaign

  1. This Campaign is extended from 19 August till 29 September 2019 (“Campaign Period”). Any extension thereof shall be at the sole discretion of eCode.

Eligibility

  1. This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers” or “You”).

Campaign Mechanics

  • You must spend a cumulative of RM10 with Boost to earn 1 Super Shake token (“Token”) to be used for the Super Shake (“Campaign”). You may then place the Tokens which you have accumulated into the tier of prizes you would like to win.
  • Each accumulated spending in a week in the denomination of RM10 will earn one (1) Token. For example, an accumulated spending of RM90 will earn a total of nine (9) Tokens.
  • If you spend less than RM10, you will not get a Token. For example, an accumulated spending of RM80-RM89 will earn a total of only eight (8) Tokens.
  • Below are the steps to participate in the Campaign:

Step 1: Spend using the Boost App to earn tokens by making the following transactions:

1)     Scan & Pay with QR codes at any offline or online merchants

2)     Parking Payments

3)     Top up mobile prepaid

4)   Bill payments

5)     Any services under the ‘Do More’ tab in the Boost App

Topping up Boost Wallet and P2P transfer to other accounts will not give you any additional Tokens.

Step 2: Swipe up on the Boost Home Page to land on the Super Shake card.

Step 3: Tap on the Super Shake card to be directed to the Super Shake screen.

Step 4: Opt-in to the Super Shake Campaign by providing your accurate details as requested as follows:

(a)  Name as per IC – for verification of winners for prize delivery

(b)  IC number – for verification of winners for prize delivery

(c) Address – for delivery of the prizes to the correct/most updated winner’s address

(d) Email – to correspond with the winners and to provide contest related information.

Failure in providing accurate details will result in forfeiture of prizes.

Step 5: Use Tokens to choose what you wish to win from the prizes shown on the screen.

Step 6: Keep spending to earn more Tokens.

Step 7: Check your Boost app on the following Wednesday every week (or bi-weekly for Grand Prize Prize) to see if you are the lucky winner for the Super Shake prize for that specific week.

Step 8: Unused Tokens can be carried forward to the following week throughout the Campaign Period.

  • If a transaction is voided, the Token accumulated related to the transaction amount will be voided too. If the Token balance is 0 when the tokens are voided, you may see negative number of Tokens shown. The next time you spend, the number of Tokens will increase accordingly.
  • Token entry closes weekly (or bi-weekly for Grand Prize Prize) on Sundays, 11:59 p.m.
  • Winners will be selected at random and entry pool is renewed every week.
  • Winners will be announced every Wednesday via the Boost app and also Boost mail after each Campaign week which runs from Monday to Sunday with instructions on fulfillment of the prizes.
  • If you do not win the prize, Tokens that have been placed into a prize will not be refunded into your Token balance.
  • Details provided by you for this Campaign will be used for the fulfillment of the prizes. eCode may share your details with third parties for this purpose in accordance with the Boost Privacy Notice.
  • eCode reserves the right to check and verify the transactions made by you. eCode may disqualify and/or blacklist You if you are suspected of engaging in suspicious transactions using the Boost app.

Prizes Terms and Conditions

  1. Ecode may update the prize list from time to time during the Campaign Period.
  2. Prize winners will ONLY be contacted by eCode via official Boost app channels and through the official Boost email. Boost will NOT contact you through phone call for any purposes related to the Campaign. In the event the Prize winners fails to comply with any terms and conditions of this Campaign, eCode reserves the right to forfeit the Prize, or select another winner.
  3. Boost will not ask any banking details such as credit card/debit card number, Boost account Password, PIN, OTP or TAC code for you to claim the prizes. Please do not share your banking details with anyone.

 

Additional “Grand Prize” Proton X70 Terms and Conditions

  1. Grand prize winners of Proton X70 (“Grand Prize”) will be announced via the Boost app and Boost Email for verification. The Grand Prize will be given within one (1) month from confirmation of prize acceptance.
  2. If there are any changes in details which the Winners have provided to Ecode, Winners will be required to update Ecode accordingly, failing which Winner may not be able to claim the Prize.
  3. Grand Prize winners will no longer be eligible to win any other Prizes in the Campaign.
  4. The Grand Prize does not include road tax and insurance.
  5. Choice of color for the Grand Prize is subject to availability.
  6. Any additional costs incurred due to additional features or upgrading to Executive or Premium Model shall be borne by the winner.
  7. Prize is not transferable, non-exchangeable & non-refundable for cash
  8. Winner selection will be done at random under the observation of an independent third party.

(B) TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOST X HUNDRED% MAY CAMPAIGN (“Campaign”)

  1. This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1214970-T) (“eCode). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions offered and relevant to the customer in respect to this Campaign.
  2. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and Boost terms and conditions of Boost, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions and (ii) Boost terms and conditions.

 

Duration of Campaign

  1. This Campaign shall commence from 20th May 2019 until 20th August 2019 (“Campaign Period”). Any extension thereof shall be at the sole discretion of eCode.

 

Eligibility

  1. This Campaign is applicable to all Boost users (“Customer”).

 

Campaign Mechanics

  • Spend a minimum of RM150 via the Boost app in a single transaction (“Transaction”) at HUNDRED% outlet to get RM15 cashback (“Cashback”).
  • Limited to the first 666 transactions.
  • Eligible Customers may only receive a maximum of two (2) Cashbacks.
  • Four (4) eligible Customers also be selected at random to win a HUNDRED% voucher worth RM500 each.

(C) TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOST X MYDIN GET FREE ITEMS WITH EVERY RM60 SPEND CAMPAIGN (“Campaign”)

  1. This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1214970-T) (“eCode). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions offered and relevant to the customer in respect to this Campaign.
  2. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and Boost terms and conditions of Boost, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions and (ii) Boost terms and conditions.

Duration of Campaign

  1. This Campaign shall commence from 16th May 2019 until 17th July 2019 (“Campaign Period”). Any extension thereof shall be at the sole discretion of eCode.

Eligibility

  1. This Campaign is applicable to all Boost users (“Customer”).

 

Campaign Mechanics

  • Spend a minimum of RM60 in a  single transaction at any participating Mydin outlets in Malaysia and pay using the Boost app to get FREE 2x 1 Litre Drinks (Seasons Soya Milk 1L & Seasons Chrysanthemum Tea) (“Free Drink”).
  • To get the Free Drink:
    • Customer MUST scan & pay a minimum of RM60 in a single transaction at any participating MYDIN outlet and redeem the free drink at the redemption counter; and
    • Customer MUST provide proof of payment by showing their Boost app “Transactions History” page along with the MYDIN receipt.
  • The Free Drink is subject to availability.

(D) TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOST X FAMOUS AMOS FREE 80G CAMPAIGN (“Campaign”)

  1. This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1214970-T) (“eCode). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions offered and relevant to the customer in respect to this Campaign.
  2. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and Boost terms and conditions of Boost, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions and (ii) Boost terms and conditions.

Duration of Campaign

  1. This Campaign shall commence from 16th May 2019 until 15th August 2019 (“Campaign Period”). Any extension thereof shall be at the sole discretion of eCode.

Eligibility

  1. This Campaign is applicable to all Boost users (“Customer”).

Campaign Mechanics

  • To participate in this Campaign, Customers must follow the following steps:
    1. Customer MUST buy RM0 Famous Amos Voucher on the Boost Digital Shop (“Voucher”) and show the Voucher on the Boost Digital App to Famous Amos staff before making an order.
    2. By using the Voucher, Customer will get FREE 80 grams worth of Original Chocolate Chip Cookie with a purchase of 200 grams worth of any cookies at normal price.
    3. Limited to the first 11,235 voucher redemptions based on a first come first served basis.
    4. Customer MUST pay for the purchase using their Boost wallet.
    5. Valid at all Famous Amos outlets except Aeon Rawang, Gurney Plaza, Queensbay Mall, Penang Airport, East Coast Mall, Berjaya Megamall, Giant Terengganu, Aeon Kuching, Boulevard Mall Miri and Permy Mall Miri.
    6. The Voucher is not valid with other discounts, offers or promotions. The use of the Voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of Famous Amos
    7. This offer is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.

(E) TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOST X ERAMAN SPEND RM150 GET RM15 CASHBACK CAMPAIGN (“Campaign”)

  1. This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1214970-T) (“eCode). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions offered and relevant to the customer in respect to this Campaign.
  2. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and Boost terms and conditions of Boost, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions and (ii) Boost terms and conditions.

Duration of Campaign

  1. This Campaign shall commence from 15th May 2019 until 20th August 2019 (“Campaign Period”). Any extension thereof shall be at the sole discretion of eCode.

Eligibility

  1. This Campaign is applicable to all Boost users (“Customer”).

Campaign Mechanics

  • Spend a minimum of RM150 via the Boost app in a single transaction (“Transaction”) at any ERAMAN outlet and pay using the Boost app to get RM15 Cashback (“Cashback”).
  • Each eligible Customer may only receive a maximum of 2 Cashbacks.
  • Limited to the first 5,333 Transactions.
  • The Cashback is not applicable for  Tobacco products, Remy Martin Louise XIII, Swarovski, Flik Flak and Chanel items.

(F) TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOST X DeliverEAT CAMPAIGN  (“Campaign”)

  1. This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1214970-T) (“eCode). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions offered and relevant to the customer in respect to this Campaign.
  2. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and Boost terms and conditions of Boost, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions and (ii) Boost terms and conditions.

 

Duration of Campaign

  1. This Campaign shall commence from 23th May 2019 until 25th July 2019 (“Campaign Period”). Any extension thereof shall be at the sole discretion of eCode.

Eligibility

  1. This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users  (“Customers”)

Campaign Mechanics

  • During the Campaign Period, Customers who make a payment of minimum RM30 in a single transaction on DeliverEat via the Boost app or the DeliverEat’s website and pay with Boost would be eligible for an instant discount of RM5 (“Discount”) and (2) Two RM5X DeliverEat voucher (“Voucher”).
  • Customer must key-in promo-code ‘BOOSTIES’ before making payment to be eligible for the RM5 instant discount and (2) two RM5 Delivereat Vouchers.
  • The DeliverEat vouchers will be automatically credited into the Customer’s DeliverEat account within the next working day.
  • The Discount and Vouchers are limited to the first 7,000 transactions.
  • Each Customer is eligible to get the Discount and Vouchers up to a maximum three (3) times.

(G) TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOST X GCH HYPERMARKETS CAMPAIGN (“Campaign”)

  1. This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1214970-T) (“eCode). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions offered and relevant to the customer in respect to this Campaign.
  2. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and Boost terms and conditions of Boost, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions and (ii) Boost terms and conditions.

Duration of Campaign

  1. This Campaign shall commence from 18th May 2019 until 14th July 2019 (while cashbacks last) (“Campaign Period”). Any extension thereof shall be at the sole discretion of eCode.

Eligibility

  1. This Campaign shall be applicable to Boost users (“Customers”). 

Campaign Mechanics

Giant

  • Pay with Boost at Giant minimum RM50 spend in a single transaction.
  • Enjoy RM8 cashback in the Boost app within the next 3 working days.
  • Limited to the first 10,000 transactions.
  • Limited to two (2) times per customer throughout campaign duration.

(H) TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CHIZU CHEESE TEA AT RM1 CAMPAIGN (“Campaign”)

  1. This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1214970-T) (“eCode). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions offered and relevant to the customer in respect to this Campaign.
  2. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and Boost terms and conditions of Boost, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions and (ii) Boost terms and conditions.

Duration of Campaign

  1. This Campaign shall commence from 1st June 2019 until 31st July 2019 (“Campaign Period”). Any extension thereof shall be at the sole discretion of eCode.

Eligibility

  1. This Campaign shall be applicable to Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics

  1. Customer must buy a yogurt drink and get a Cheese tea at RM1. Limited while stocks last.
  2. Payment for all drinks must be made via the Boost app.

(I) TERMS & CONDITIONS OF KLIA EKSPRES 17th ANNIVERSARY BOOST CAMPAIGN (“Campaign”)

  1. This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1214970-T) (“eCode). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions offered and relevant to the customer in respect to this Campaign. 
  2. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and Boost terms and conditions of Boost, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions and (ii) Boost terms and conditions.

Duration of Campaign

  1. This Campaign shall commence from 17 June 2019 until 16 September 2019 (“Campaign Period”). Any extension thereof shall be at the sole discretion of eCode.

Eligibility

  1. This Campaign shall be applicable to Boost users (“Customers”) who purchase KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit tickets through the Boost app or the Partner’s counter, website and app.

Campaign Mechanics

  • Customers may participate in the following sub-campaigns. However, if a Customer has received Cashback under a particular sub-campaign, he is not eligible to participate in the other sub-campaign.
  1.   RM1,000 Cashback
  • Customers who purchase KLIA Ekspres or KLIA Transit tickets and pay using the Boost app will be eligible to receive RM1,000 cashback (“Cashback”).
  • Boost will randomly select five to seven Customers monthly with a total number of 17 winners for the Campaign (“Winner”). The Cashback will be credited into the Winners Boost account within three (3) working days from the day of Winner’s announcement.
  • Winners who are basic Boost wallet users will be required to upgrade to a premium wallet within three (3) working days from the day of the Winner’s announcement to receive the Cashback. eCode reserves the right to select another Customer to win the Cashback if a selected Winner does not upgrade to a premium wallet user.
  • The Cashback will be credited into the Customer’s Boost account within  three (3) working days from the end of each Campaign month.
  • Each eligible Customer is only entitled to one (1) Cashback.
  • Cancelled and refunded transaction will not be eligible for the Cashback

 

  1. 100% Cashback
  • Customers who purchase KLIA Ekspres or KLIA Transit tickets and pay using the Boost app will be eligible to win up to 100% cashback on their ticket fare amount, capped at RM100 (“Cashback”).
  • eCode will randomly select 50 eligible Customers monthly to get the Cashback. The Cashback will be credited  into the Customer’s Boost account within three (3) working days from the end of each Campaign month.
  • Each Customer is only eligible to receive one (1) Cashback.
  • Cancelled and refunded transaction will not be eligible for the Cashback.

(J) TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOST X ISETAN GIFT BONANZA CAMPAIGN (“Campaign”)

  1. This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1214970-T) (“eCode). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions offered and relevant to the customer in respect to this Campaign. 
  2. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and Boost terms and conditions of Boost, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions and (ii) Boost terms and conditions.

Duration of Campaign

  1. This Campaign shall commence from 17 June 2019 until 16 August 2019 (“Campaign Period”). Any extension thereof shall be at the sole discretion of eCode.

Eligibility

  1. This Campaign shall be applicable to Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics

  • Customers must spend a minimum of RM150 in a single receipt via the Boost app (“Transaction”) at any ISETAN store for an entry to participate in the ISETAN Gift Bonanza and win prizes.
  • Every Transaction earns a Customer one (1) entry.
  • Twenty-two (22) eligible Customers will be selected at random as winners. The winner announcement will be made in the Boost app and through the e-mail registered with Boost, within 7 calendar days after the end of the Campaign Period.
  • Winners must claim the prize within 14 calendar days from the date of the winner announcement at any ISETAN store by showing the winner notification e-mail, failing which (i) their prizes will be forfeited and/or (ii) another winner will be selected.

(K) TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOST X INDAH WATER CAMPAIGN (“Campaign”)

  1. This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1214970-T) (“eCode). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions offered and relevant to the customer in respect to this Campaign. 
  2. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and Boost terms and conditions of Boost, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions and (ii) Boost terms and conditions.

Duration of Campaign

  1. This Campaign shall commence from 1 July 2019 until 30 September 2019 (“Campaign Period”). Any extension thereof shall be at the sole discretion of eCode. 

Eligibility

  1. This Campaign is applicable to Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics

  • During the Campaign Period, Customers who pay their Indah Water bill on Indah Water Online https://www.iwk.com.my (website, mobile site & mobile app) via the Boost app will stand a chance to win 100% cashback on their Indah Water bill payment amount (“Cashback”). The Cashback amount is capped at RM50 or the actual bill amount, whichever is lower (“Cashback”).

  1. Month of August x 10 Finalists:
  1. The eligible Finalists will be determined by the total number of participants with twenty (20) valid redemptions received during the Promotion Month divided by 10.5, for example: if the total number of participants with twenty (20) valid redemptions received is 5,252 then this number will be divided by 10.5 and rounded to the nearest lower whole number which is 500. Hence the 500th, 1,000th, 1,500th qualified entries and so on will be shortlisted as eligible Finalists. In the event the shortlisted entry is disqualified, the next earlier entry received will be the replacement finalist, for example, the replacement finalist for the 500th qualified entry is the 499th qualified entry.

  1. The eligible Participants will be contacted via telephone and may be required to correctly answer a question before being declared a Finalist. In the event the Participant fails to correctly answer the question, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the Participant and choose the next Participant as Finalist. Should the first attempt to contact the Participant fail, i.e. no reply, telephone number not in service or no connection, etc, another two (2) attempts will be made within the next 24 hours of the first telephone call.   1. This Campaign is applicable to all Boost users (“Customer”).

Campaign Mechanics

  • You may participate in this Campaign to stand a chance to win two (2) tickets for one (1) session at London Fashion Week Event happening between 14 February 2020 and 18 February 2020 to London including two (2) flight tickets, airport transfer and accommodation for 4 days 3 nights by performing the steps below:

    • Winner shall be responsible to arrange for his or her own travel visa (if necessary) at his or her own cost and expense and shall bear other expenses not specified under.

Duration of Campaign

  1. This Campaign shall commence from 16 August 2019 until 16 September 2019 (“Campaign Period”). Any extension thereof shall be at the sole discretion of eCode.

Eligibility

  1. This Campaign is applicable to all Boost users (“Customer”).

Campaign Mechanics

  • Customers who spend a minimum of RM190 in a single transaction using the Boost Carput in-app tile and pay using the Boost app will get RM20 cashback (“Cashback”).
  • Each Customer is only eligible to receive one Cashback.
  • Cashback is limited to the first 1,000 eligible transactions during the campaign period.
  • Cashback will be credited into the Customer’s Boost account within 3 working days from the date of transaction.

Campaign Duration

  1. This Campaign shall commence from 19 August 2019 to 27 October 2019

Eligibility

  1. This Campaign is applicable to All Boost users (“Customer”). 

Campaign Mechanics

  • Customers who spend a cumulative amount or RM10 in a week via the “Street Parking” feature on the Boost App will stand a chance to win one (1) pair of Sony Earphones (“Prize”).
  • Each cumulative amount of RM10 in a week gives a Customer one (1) entry.
  • Each Customer may send a maximum of three (3) entries per week. However, each Customer may only be eligible to receive one (1) Prize.

  1. This Campaign is applicable to All Boost users (“Customer”). 

Campaign Mechanics

  • Customers who make a booking for a minimum two (2) people on Eatigo via the Boost app or the Eatigo’s website will be eligible for an RM20 Instant Discount (“Discount”).
  • Customer must key-in the promo-code ‘BOOSTEAT’ during the booking process to utilise the RM 20 Instant Discount.
  • Payment for the Eatigo reservation should be paid via the Boost app where applicable. RM20 Instant Discount is only applicable with a minimum spend of RM20.

Campaign Period

  1. This Campaign shall commence from 7 October – 17 November 2019.

Eligibility

  1. This Campaign shall be applicable to Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics

  • During the Campaign Period, Customers who pay a minimum of RM10 for any bills with Boost in a single transaction (“Transaction”) will stand a chance to win an iPhone 11 pro (“Prize”).
  • Every Transaction earns a Customer one (1) entry. Customers may make multiple Transactions to get multiple entries to increase their chances of winning. However, each Customer is only eligible to get one Prize for this Campaign.
  •  Two (2) winners will be selected at random every week and will be notified by Boost for the redemption of the Prize the following week.
  • Winners will be notified on each following Tuesday.

Campaign Period

  1. This Campaign shall commence from 10 October – 1 December 2019.

Eligibility

  1. This Campaign shall be applicable to Boost users who are 13 years old and above (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics

  • Customers who upgrade from Basic Wallet to Premium Wallet and spend a minimum of RM10 will stand a chance to win weekly prizes of one (1) iPhone 11 Pro or Boost Shake Reward of up to RM500 (“Prize”). For clarity, Customers who upgrade and validate their details between 10 October 2019 to 13 October 2019 shall also be eligible to stand a chance to win the Prizes.
  • To upgrade from Basic Wallet to Premium Wallet, Customers must verity their account on the Boost App by completing the eKYC process by clicking on the “Go Premium, Get Pro” tile and follow the steps for account verification until Customers receive notification that the upgrade to Premium Wallet is successful.
  • Customers must stay active by spending a minimum of RM10 on Scan & Pay, Deposit or using the Send Money feature (“Transaction”) to get an entry. eCode reserves the right to disqualify any entry which does not meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Customers who are Premium Wallet users must verify and perform the Transaction to be eligible to win the Prize while Customers who are Premium Wallet users and have verified its user status must perform the Transaction to be eligible to win the Prize.
  • Each transaction will give Customers one (1) entry per week except for transactions via the “Do More” tile which will give Customers 11 entries per week.
  • Entries will be refreshed weekly. Customers who do not win in the previous week can still perform Transactions to get entries in the following week.

Campaign Mechanics

  • Customer must pay a minimum of RM800 for Pangsapuri De Bayu maintenance deposit via the Boost app in a single transaction by scanning the IQR code (“Transaction”) to get RM50 (“Cashback”). Customers who are basic Boost wallet users will be required to upgrade to a premium wallet to enable them to perform the Transaction.
  • The Cashback will be credited within 1-3 working days from the date of the Transaction.
  • Cashback is limited to the first 300 Transactions only.
