Google Play Store enables purchases of apps, in-app items, subscriptions, and digital content. Customers are required to select a payment method to pay for these purchases. Boost App is now available as a payment method on Google Play Store, plus Boost customers will earn Boost Stars for every purchase on Google Play Store.
To start paying with Boost App, a one-time set up is required to make Boost App as your Payment Method on Google Play. Get started in 4 easy steps:
  1. Go to your Google Play account.
  2. Click “Add a payment method”.
  3. Select “Add Boost App” and follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. The new payment method will be added to your Google account.
When linking your Boost App to Google Play Store for the first time, sign-in and One Time Password (OTP) authentication are required to protect your account by validating that the Boost App account being linked is belonged to the account owner. This is a one-time process and OTP authentication will not be required for subsequent payments.

Customers can review transaction history in the Google Play app


Google Play Settings > Payments and subscriptions > Budget and history.

No, there are no additional fees when using Boost App, instead Customers may get discounts from time to time.
Boost App is only available as payment method to Google Play customers in Malaysia. If customers have selected Malaysia as the country of residence in their Google Play account settings, Boost App will be displayed as a payment option.

To request a refund for your purchases on your Google Play Store, follow the steps in this link.

Once the refund has been approved by Google Play, it will be credited back to customer’s Boost App within 30 days.

Make your first Google Play Store purchase with Boost App and fulfil the minimum spend criteria to receive RM5 cashback in your Partner Wallet. This cashback can only be utilised for subsequent Google Play Store purchases.

 

To receive a further RM5 cashback, customers have to make another transaction in the following month, and receive the RM5 cashback in your Partner Wallet. This cashback can be used on any purchase within the Boost App, or for offline payments at our official merchants.
