TERMS & CONDITIONS OF “JONKER WALK MERCHANT INCENTIVE” CAMPAIGN (“CAMPAIGN”)

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T))(“eCode”) in conjunction with Jonker Walk Merchant Incentive. By participating in the Campaign, Merchants (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Business Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; and (iii) Boost Business Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period
1st November 2022  – 31st December 2022

Eligibility
This Campaign is only applicable for all Jonker Walk’s DuitNow Boost merchants who registers as a Boost merchant from 1st January 2018 – 31st December 2022 via the Boost Business registration portal.

Campaign Mechanics

RM30 Cash Incentive

1. Eligible Merchant who has been successfully onboarded as Boost Merchant via the Boost Business registration portal who has at least ten (10) successful transactions completed at their outlets/ stores (either offline or online) each month during the Campaign Period whereby payment is made via (i) scanning the Boost DuitNow QR with the Boost App; or (ii) Business Payment Link will be eligible to receive a one-off cash incentive of RM30
2. The Cash Incentive is limited to the first 350 eligible merchants during the Campaign Period.
3. If a transaction is voided before settlement is made via a Boost customer’s account, the eligible merchant will not be entitled for the Cash Incentive.

Cash Incentive Fulfillment

1. Subject to paragraph 3 above, at the end of each month during the Campaign Period, the eligible merchants entitled to receive the Cash Incentive will be identified. Once identified, the eligible merchants will be notified by eCode, and the Cash Incentive will be credited into the identified eligible Merchants’ bank accounts registered with Boost within thirty (30) working days after their receipt of the notification.
2. For clarity:
   a. the Cash Incentive is given is limited to the first 350 eligible merchants on a first-come-first-served basis, or until the Campaign Period expires, whichever comes first; and
   b. the Cash Incentive is limited to a total of RM10,500.00 throughout the Campaign Period
