VIU YEAR END CAMPAIGN

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions and Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iii) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period
1 December 2021 to 8 December 2021

Eligibility
This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics
1) During the Campaign Period, Customers who perform a transaction with a minimum of RM10, within the Boost app (except for cash-in, cash-out, electronic money transfer (including to any bank account)) (“Transaction”), will be eligible to receive a 14-day Premium Viu Voucher in the form of a redemption code (“Voucher”) via Boost app.

2) Voucher is limited to the first 177,793 eligible Customers throughout the Campaign Period.

3) Each eligible Customer may only be able to collect and redeem one (1) Voucher under this Campaign.

4) The eligible Customer eligible to receive the Voucher will be notified by eCode via push notification in the Boost app by 9 December 2021. The Voucher (in the form of a code):

1. will be added into the eligible Customers’ “My Shake Rewards” tab in their Boost App by 9 December 2021;
2. can only be redeemed on Viu website (https://www.viu.com). For clarity,:
   • prior to the redemption of the Voucher on Viu website, eligible Customers redeeming the Voucher on Viu website are required to sign up as a subscriber on the Viu Service, and will be required to accept the Viu Service’s terms and conditions in order to access and use the Viu Service;
   • Viu reserves the right to terminate or suspend any individual’s subscription to the Viu Service, at any time during the individual’s relevant subscription period if such individual does not comply with the terms and conditions of the use of the Viu Service or if fraud or error is found in such individual’s transaction;
3.  is not exchangeable for cash or deemed as cash;
4. is limited only to 177,793 redemption on Viu website on a first come first served basis, within the Voucher redemption validity period
5. shall be subject to Viu’s terms and conditions which will be displayed on the Voucher page upon redemption; and
6. must be redeemed on Viu website by 15 December 2021. Any unredeemed Voucher shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without notice and the eligible Customers shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode or Viu.
