VEC Veterinary Clinic RM20 Cashback Campaign

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RM20 VEC WALLET CAMPAIGN (“CAMPAIGN”)

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in this Campaign, Customers (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions

Campaign Period

1^st March 2023 until 14^th May 2023

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics:

1. During the Campaign Period, Customers who spend a minimum of RM100 in a single transaction at VEC Veterinary Clinic located at 3A-G – 6G, Garden Wing, Sunsuria Avenue, Persiaran Mahagoni, Kota Damansara PJU5, PJ Selangor (“VEC Veterinary Clinic”) and pays with Boost (“Transaction”) will be eligible to receive a cashback of RM20 (“Cashback”). The Cashback will be credited immediately into the eligible Customers’ RM20 VEC Wallet in their Boost App upon eligible and successful Transaction.
2. The Cashback is limited to the first 1,250 utilizations only on a first come first served basis.
3. Each eligible Customer may receive a total maximum of two (2) Cashback only under this Campaign, however the utilization thereof is subject to paragraph 2 above and paragraph 4 below. For clarity, each Cashback is for single use/transaction only.
4. A minimum of RM100 spend is required to utilize the Cashback but the Cashback must be utilized to make a transaction at VEC Veterinary Clinic only (address stipulated in paragraph 1 above) and pay with Boost.
5. Each Cashback must be utilized within sixty (60) days upon receipt or until full usage/ utilization, whichever comes first. Any unutilized Cashback shall expire and be forfeited automatically without notice and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode or VETOLOGIE SDN. BHD..
