Top Up Boost Wallet & Win Campaign April

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions and Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iii) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period

1 April 2021 until 30 April 2021

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics

1. During the Campaign Period, Customers who add a minimum of RM200 in a single transaction into their Boost wallet via online banking made available on Boost app (“Transaction”) will stand a chance to win RM100 Lazada voucher (“Voucher”).
2. Customers may make multiple Transactions to get multiple entries to increase their chances of winning. Table 1 below stipulates the number of entries the Customers shall be entitled to based on the number of Transactions performed. Each Customer may get up to maximum of seven (7) entries only. Any subsequent Transaction(s) performed once the Customer has obtained the maximum number of entries will not entitle them to any further entries.

3. eCode will randomly select thirty (30) winners within five (5) working days after the end of the Campaign Period. Winners will be notified by eCode via in- app notification and each winner shall only be entitled to one (1) Voucher.
4. The Voucher:
   • a) will be given in the form of a code, which will be added into the winner’s “My Shake Rewards” tab in the Boost App by 9 May 2021;
   • b) can only be used to make a purchase on Lazada mobile app only, by entering the code at checkout page prior making the payment to enjoy RM100 off total purchase (excluding shipping fee/ delivery charges), subject to paragraph (c) below;
   • c) is applicable for single use only and is not refundable or exchangeable for cash;
   • d) shall be subject to Lazada’s terms and conditions displayed on the Voucher page; and
   • e) must be utilized by 31 August 2021. Any unutilized Voucher shall be forfeited and the winners shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode
