This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode” or “Boost”). By participating in the Campaign, Customers (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iii) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign period

19 July 2021 until 30 September 2021


  1. This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users who have successfully verified their details via eKYC and are Premium Wallet Users (“Customers”).
  2. By participating in this Campaign, you hereby acknowledge and agree to allow and authorize eCode to disclose the following details for purposes of its winners’ announcement on its social media pages and Boost mobile application (“Boost App”), if you win the Reward under this Campaign:
    (i)   your first name only; and
    (ii)  the last 4 digits of your phone number registered with Boost,
    without first obtaining any further consent from you nor making any payment whatsoever to you
  3. In the event that you disagree to have your details as set out in paragraph 2 above to be disclosed by eCode, you shall email to campaigns@myboost.com.my to express your disagreement and decision to be opted-out from this Campaign. In such instances, you have opted-out from this Campaign and you shall no longer be eligible to participate in this Campaign and shall not be entitled to receive any entry to participate in this Campaign or any reward under this Campaign.

Campaign Mechanics

  1. During the Campaign Period, Customers who pay their bills (a minimum of RM10 in each bill payment) using either bulk or recurring payment feature via the “Pay Bills” tile in the Boost app (“Transaction”) during the Participation Period set out in the table below will stand a chance of winning RM10,000 cash reward (“Reward”).

  1. eCode will identify ten (10) eligible Customers who have met the criteria in paragraph 1 above and who have performed the most frequent Transactions, each Participation Period as winners for each Participation Period. The maximum number of winners for each Participation Period is set out in third column of Table 1 above. Each identified winner shall only win one (1) Reward throughout the Campaign Period. For the avoidance of doubt, identified winners for Round 1 will not be eligible to stand a chance of winning a Reward for Round 2.
  2. The Reward will be credited into each identified winner’s wallet in the Boost App in five (5) disbursements (i.e. only RM2,000 cash each disbursement) provided that by crediting such amount of cash into their wallets, it does not cause the identified winners’ Wallet Limit to exceed RM4,999 each. For clarity, subject to each identified winner’s Wallet Limit, the first disbursement of his/her Reward will be credited within the first 14 days of September 2021, and thereafter, provided that his/her Wallet Limit permits, the subsequent disbursements will happen within the first 14 days of the following months on a monthly basis where the fifth and final disbursement of his/her Reward will be credited within the first 14 days of January 2022. For the avoidance of doubt, if the said identified winner’s Wallet Limit will exceed in the event Boost credits the second disbursement of RM2000 the following month after the first disbursements in September 2021, he/she will be contacted by Boost customer support and be informed that Boost could not credit the said second disbursement until he/she has reduced his/her Wallet Limit, and that Boost will try to credit the said second disbursement within the next three (3) working days after the said call, failing which the said second disbursement will be credited instead within the first 14 days of the subsequent month (i.e. November 2021) where the third disbursement is supposed to be credited. In such instance, the third disbursement will only happen in the next month after the said subsequent month, i.e. December 2021, if his/her Wallet Limit permits.
  3. The identified winners will be notified by eCode via In-App notification and electronic mails.
  4. No minimum spend is required to utilize the Reward, however, the Reward must only be used to make payment transaction via the Boost App.
