SPORTS DIRECT 15% DIRECT DISCOUNT CAMPAIGN

This Campaign is held by SPORTS DIRECT MST SDN. BHD. (Company No. 201001041238 (925166-M)) (“Sports Direct”). By participating in the Campaign, Customers (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions and Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions (where applicable).

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iii) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign period
27th September 2021 until 10th October 2021

Eligibility
This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics

1. Customers who purchase any products (except for products listed in paragraph 2(e) below) in a single transaction at any of the 32 participating Sports Direct physical stores listed below and pay with the Boost app, will be eligible to enjoy a 15% direct discount (“Discount”):

2. The Discount is applicable subject to the following terms and conditions:
   1. Sports Direct MST Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change/ vary/ amend the terms and conditions of the Discount without prior notice;
   2. the Discount is applied automatically at the cashier/ payment counter of the participating SportsDirect.com Malaysia physical store only and upon the customers selecting to pay with Boost;
   3. no minimum spend is required to utilize the Discount;
   4. the Discount is only valid:
      1. for in-store purchases only;
      2. for transaction made at any of the SportsDirect.com Malaysia physical stores listed in paragraph 3(A) hereinabove and payment made with Boost;
      3. from 27 September 2021 to 10 October 2021, or until the total Discount of RM250,000.00 has been given out, whichever is earlier;
   5. the Discount is not valid:
      1. for use on purchases made via SportsDirect.com’s online store and Factory Outlet;
      2. to be combined or accumulated with any other ongoing offer, promotion, privileges, memberships/ loyalty programs or discount;
      3. for use in conjunction with and shall not be used with any ongoing offer, promotion and discount by SportsDirect.com Malaysia;
      4. for purchases of red label items, 2 for items, new launch jersey, gift card, shuttlecock, Garmin products, skin care, injury care, insect repellents, fragrance, consumable food & beverage products.
   6. eligible customers do not have the right to make part payment by using other payment methods such as cash and/ or debit/ credit card in a single transaction.
