“SPECIAL MERDEKA” CAMPAIGN

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions, Boost Missions Features Terms and Conditions, and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period
26 August to 31 August 2022

Eligibility
This Campaign is applicable to Boost users who receive ‘Special For You Mission’ in the Boost App (“Mission”) during the Campaign Period (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics:

1. Customers must use 1 star to participate in the Mission. Customer must then spend a minimum of RM0.65 in a single transaction on the Boost app to earn 1 star and stand a chance to win RM65 cashback (“Reward”).
2. The winners will be selected at random will be announced on 8 September 2022 on Boost social media, email and in-app notifications.
3. The winners will receive the Reward in Partner Wallet on Boost app.
4. There is no minimum spend to utilise the Reward.
5. The Reward can be utilized to perform any Boost transactions, except for:
   (i) sending money; and
   (ii) transferring out to any bank account.
6. The Winner may only receive one (1) Reward under this Campaign.
7. The Reward must be utilized by 30 September 2022. Any unutilized Reward shall be forfeited.
