TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SHOP MALAYSIA ONLINE – RM10 OCTOBER CASHBACK CAMPAIGN (“Campaign 1”)

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T))(“eCode” or “Boost”). By participating in the Campaign, Customers (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions, and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

About This Campaign
This Campaign is organized by Boost pursuant to the Shop Malaysia Online initiative by The Government of Malaysia under the Belanjawan 2021 eCommerce Programme driven by the Malaysia Digital Economy Cooperation (MDEC) in collaboration with other e-commerce and e-wallet/ digital payment service providers in Malaysia.

Campaign period
30 September 2021 until 27 October 2021

Eligibility
This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics

1. During the Campaign Period, Customers who spend a minimum of RM60 and above in a single transaction at any Watson’s outlets, Watson’s mobile application or Watson’s online store at https://www.watsons.com.my/ and make payment with Boost (“Transaction”) will be eligible to receive a cashback of RM10.00, to be credited into their RM10 Watsons (In-Store & Online ) Wallet (“Reward”).
2. The Reward is limited to the first 5,000 eligible Transactions (2,500 online Transactions and 2,500 offline Transactions) only throughout the Campaign Period and each eligible Customer is entitled to receive one (1) Reward Transaction and throughout the Campaign Period.
3. The Reward will be credited within fourteen (14) days after the date of the successful Transaction.
4. No minimum spend is required to utilize the Reward, but the Reward must be utilized to make a transaction at Watson’s outlets, Watson’s mobile application or Watsons’ online store at https://www.watsons.com.my/ and make payment with Boost only.
5. The Reward must be utilized by 16 November 2021. Any unutilized Reward shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without further notice, and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SHOP MALAYSIA ONLINE – 500 BOOST COINS CAMPAIGN (“Campaign 2”)

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customers (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUp” Terms and Conditions (which shall govern the use of the Boost coins rewarded under this Campaign).

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUp” Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility
This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics:

1. Customers who spend a minimum of RM100 and above in a single transaction and make payment with Boost (“Transaction”) at any Watson’s outlets, Watson’s mobile application, or Watson’s online website at https://www.watsons.com.my/ will be eligible to receive 500 Boost coins (“Boost Coins”) via the Shake Rewards upon successful Transaction.
2. The Boost Coins will be credited into the eligible Customers’ BoostUp account within five (5) working days after the Campaign Period ends.
3. The Boost Coins is limited to the first 4,000 successful Transactions only and each eligible Customer may only receive the Boost Coins twice throughout the Campaign Period. For clarity, subject to the aforementioned, even if a Customer performs three (3) Transactions separately, he may only receive a total of 1000 Boost coins (500 Boost cins for each of his first two (2) Transactions) under this Campaign.
4. The Boost Coins must be utilized within 12 months upon receipt failing which the unutilized Boost Coins shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without further notice and the Customers shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
