SHOP MALAYSIA ONLINE – F&N LIFE 80% CASHBACK & 8X BOOST COINS CAMPAIGN

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T))(“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customers (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions, Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions and Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUp” Terms and Conditions (which shall govern the use of the Boost coins rewarded under this Campaign).

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUP” Terms and Conditions; (iv) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (v) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period

1 July 2021 until 31 August 2021 

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics

  1. During the Campaign Period, Customers who spend a minimum of RM10 in a single transaction on F&N Life’s website (https://fnlife.com.my/) and make payment with Boost (“Transaction”) will be eligible to receive the following reward: 
    • a cashback equivalent to 80% of the amount of the Transaction, capped at RM10 (“Cashback”); and 
    • 8X Boost coins (“Boost Coins”) based on the Boost coins received by the eligible Customers via the Shake Rewards upon successful Transaction, for level 1 to level 5 users.
  2. The Cashback will be credited immediately into the eligible Customer’s F&N Life (SMO) Wallet in their Boost app upon successful Transaction.
  3. The Boost Coins will be credited immediately upon successful Transaction and will appear in the eligible Customer’s “Boost Coins History” in the Boost app. 
  4. Throughout the Campaign Period, the Cashback is limited to a maximum total of RM20,000 on first-come-first-served basis. For clarity, in the event that the Cashback has been fully credited under this Campaign, the eligible Customers may thereafter be entitled to only receive Boost Coins or if the Boost Coins has also been fully credited, the Boost coins at its usual multiplier only.
  5. The Boost Coins is limited to the first 500,00 Boost coins only or the first 2,000 eligible Transactions, whichever comes first, throughout Campaign Period. For clarity, in the event that the Boost Coins have been fully credited under this Campaign, the eligible Customers may thereafter be entitled to only receive Boost coins at its usual multiplier and the Cashback if it has not been fully credited. 
  6. Subject to paragraphs 4 and 5 above, each eligible Customer may only receive (i) a maximum of two (2) Cashback, and (ii) Boost Coins twice, under this Campaign.
  7. No minimum spend is required to utilize the Cashback but the Cashback must be utilized to make an online transaction at F&N Life’s website (https://fnlife.com.my/) only.
  8. For the avoidance of doubt, Customers who have received the Boost Coins under this Campaign are not entitled to the default Boost coins which is tied up to their BoostUP level.
  9. The Reward must be utilized by 30 September 2021. Any unutilized Reward shall expire and shall be forfeited automatically without further notice, and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode or F&N Life.
