SHOP MALAYSIA ONLINE – DREAMSHOP REWARDS CAMPAIGN
This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T))(“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customers (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.
In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.
About this Campaign
This Campaign is organized by Boost pursuant to the Shop Malaysia Online initiative by The Government of Malaysia under the Belanjawan 2021 eCommerce Programme driven by the Malaysia Digital Economy Cooperation (MDEC) in collaboration with other e-commerce and e-wallet/ digital payment service providers in Malaysia.
Campaign Period
1st October to 31st December 2021
Eligibility
This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).
Campaign Mechanics
Cashback
- During the Campaign Period, eligible Customers who spend a minimum of RM30 in a single transaction at selected Boost’s merchants (please click here for the list of selected Boost’s merchants) and make payment with Boost (“Transaction”) will be eligible to receive a cashback of RM20 (“Cashback”).
- The Cashback will be credited immediately into the eligible Customer’s Dreamshop (SMO) Wallet in their Boost app upon successful Transaction.
- A minimum spend of RM80 is required to utilize the Cashback and the Cashback must be utilized to make transaction at www.dreamshop.com.my (“Platform”) and payment made with Boost only.
- The Cashback is limited to the first 5,000 eligible Transactions throughout Campaign Period, however utilization of the Cashback is capped at the first 2,500 utilization on the Platform on a first-come-first-served basis only. For clarity, an eligible Customer may receive a Cashback under this Campaign, but the Customer may not be able to utilize it if the total utilization of the Cashback on the Platform has achieved the maximum number of 2,500 utilization.
- Subject to paragraph 4 above, each eligible Customer may only receive a maximum of one (1) Cashback, under this Campaign.
- The Cashback must be utilized by 31st December 2021. Any unutilized Cashback shall expire and be forfeited automatically without further notice and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode or DCR Marketing Sdn Bhd.
Boost coins
- In addition to the Cashback given under this Campaign, eligible Customers will also receive 40 Boost Stars for every RM1 spent (“Boost Stars”) on all transactions made at the Platform only and paid with Boost only (no minimum spend required), subject to paragraph 9 below. For example, a customer spends RM50 at dreamshop.com.myand pay with Boost, he may receive 2,000 Boost Stars subject to paragraph 9 below.
- The Boost Stars will be credited immediately upon successful transaction made at the Platform and will appear in the eligible Customer’s “Boost Stars History” in the Boost app.
- For the avoidance of doubt,
- the Boost Coins is limited to 8,000,000 Boost Stars only throughout the Campaign Period;
- Customers who have received the Boost Stars under this Campaign are not entitled to the default Boost coins which is tied up to their BoostUP rank; and
- notwithstanding the Cashback has been fully credited and utilized under this Campaign, subject to paragraph 9(a) above, eligible Customers may still receive the Boost Stars under this Campaign.
- The Boost Stars received under this Campaign must be utilized within one (1) year upon receipt thereof. Any unutilized Boost Stars shall expire and be forfeited automatically without further notice and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode or DCR Marketing Sdn Bhd.
