SHOP MALAYSIA ONLINE – AUGUST ONLINE BOOST DAY BOOST COINS CAMPAIGN

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUp” Terms and Conditions (which shall govern the use of the Boost coins rewarded under this Campaign).

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUp” Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period

6 August 2021 until 8 August 2021

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics:

1. During the Campaign Period, Customers who spend a minimum of RM50 in a single transaction and make payment with Boost at any Boost online partners’ website, mobile app or Boost Online Shopping Apptile:
   1. a) in Category A that are listed herein (please click here for the full list of participating partners in Category A) (“Transaction A”) will be eligible to receive 30x Boost coins (“Boost Coins A”) based on the Boost coins received by the eligible Customers via the Shake Rewards upon successful Transaction A, for level 1 to level 5 users.
   2. b) in Category B that are listed herein (please click here for the full list of participating partners in Category B) (“Transaction B”) will be eligible to receive 8x Boost coins (“Boost Coins B”) based on the Boost coins received by the eligible Customers via the Shake Rewards upon successful Transaction B, for level 1 to level 5 users.

   (where relevant, Boost Coins A and Boost Coins B shall collectively be referred to as “Boost Coins”, and Transaction A and Transaction B shall collectively be referred to as “Transaction”).

2. The corresponding amount of Boost Coins will be credited immediately upon the relevant successful Transaction and will appear in the eligible Customer’s “Boost Coins History” in the Boost App.
3. With regards to Boost Coins A,:
   1. a) it is limited to 5000 eligible and successful Transactions A only on a first-come-first-served basis each day throughout the Campaign Period;
   2. b) subject to item 3(a) above, each eligible Customer can only receive Boost Coins A two (2) times throughout the Campaign Period, provided that each eligible Customer may only receive a maximum of and up to 10,000 Boost Coins A per successful Transaction A.
4. With regards to Boost Coins B,:
   1. a) it is limited to 10,000 eligible and successful Transactions B only on a first-come-first-served basis each day throughout the Campaign Period;
   2. b) subject to item 4(a) above, each eligible Customer can only receive Boost Coins B three (3) times throughout the Campaign Period, provided that each eligible Customer may only receive a maximum of and up to 5,000 Boost Coins B per successful Transaction B.
5. For the avoidance of doubt, Customers who have received the Boost Coins under this Campaign are not entitled to the default Boost coins which is tied up to their BoostUP level.
6. The Boost Coins must be utilized by 16 September 2021, failing which the Boost Coins shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without further notice and the Customers shall have on claim whatsoever against eCode.
