RM9 CASHBACK FOR FIRST TIME MOBILE POSTPAID BILL PAYMENT CAMPAIGN

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T))(“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customers (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period
27 September 2021 until 31 December 2021

Eligibility
This Campaign shall be applicable to Boost users who pay their Mobile Postpaid Bill for the first time via the Boost mobile application (“Boost App”) (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics
1. Customers who spend a minimum of RM70 in a single transaction on their Mobile Postpaid Bill via the Boost App (“Postpaid Bill Transaction”) will receive RM5 cashback in their Mobile Postpaid Bill Payment Wallet. Customers will also receive RM2 cashback for each subsequent two (2) months, provided that a Postpaid Bill Transaction is performed during each of the two (2) subsequent months. The RM5 and RM2 cashback shall individually and collectively be referred to as “Reward”.

2. The eligible Postpaid Bill Transactions are as per Table 1 below:

3. Customer must perform his First Transaction within the First Time Transaction Period as illustrated in Table 2 below to receive the initial RM5 cashback:

4. The Reward for Month 2 and Month 3 will be automatically credited into the eligible Customer’s Mobile Postpaid Bill Payment Wallet in their Boost App based on the respective dates in Table 2 above. Customers must spend a minimum of RM70 to utilize the Reward for Month 2 and Month 3, and the Partner Wallet Cashback must only be used to make a Postpaid Bill Transaction as per Table 1 above within the Boost App.

Example: a Customer who performs his first Mobile Postpaid Bill transaction on 27 September 2021 will receive RM5 cashback in his Mobile Postpaid Bill Payment Wallet on 8 October 2021. The Customer’s Month 2 and Month 3 RM2 cashback each will be credited on 1 November 2021 and 1 December 2021 respectively.

5. All Reward credited into Customer’s Mobile Postpaid Bill Payment Wallet must be utilized within thirty (30) days of the eligible Customer receiving the Reward (“Utilization Period”). Any unutilized Reward after the Utilization Period shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without notice.

6. The Reward is limited to the first 40,000 Customers who perform their First Time Transaction within the First Time Transaction Period.
