TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RM8 BHPETROL CASHBACK WALLET CAMPAIGN (“Campaign”)

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in this Campaign, Customers (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions, and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions

Campaign Period

1 February 2023 until 31 March 2023

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics

1. During the Campaign Period, Customers who spend a minimum of RM38 in a single transaction and make payment with Boost (“Transaction”) at BHPetrol stations (reload service, utility bill payment and car wash service are excluded (“Excluded Products/Services”)) will be eligible to receive RM8 BHPetrol Wallet (“Reward”) which will be credited immediately into the Customer’s account and be visible under the “My Partner Wallets” page in the Boost app upon successful Transaction.
2. The Reward is limited to the first 10,000 eligible and successful Transactions throughout the Campaign Period on a first-come first-served basis.
3. A minimum spend of RM38 is required to utilize the Reward and the Reward:

a. must be used to make transaction (except transactions for the Excluded Products/Services) at BHPetrol stations only and make payment with Boost;

b. is valid for eligible Customer’s next transaction only; and

c. cannot be utilized for the Excluded Products/Services.

1. Each Reward shall be valid from its receipt until 31 March 2023 only or until full usage / utilization, whichever comes first. Any unutilized Reward shall expire and be forfeited automatically without notice and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode or Boustead Petroleum Marketing Sdn Bhd.
