RM5 CARiNG Wallet CASHBACK CAMPAIGN 2022

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customers (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period
1st January 2022 until 31st January 2022

Eligibility
This Campaign shall be applicable to Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics
1. Customers who scan the promotional QR code or keys in the promotional redemption code – CARING5 (“Redemption”) at any participating CARiNG outlets will be eligible to receive RM5 CARiNG Wallet (“Partner Wallet”).

2. This Cashback is only applicable at these selected participating Caring outlets in Sabah
i. Caring Centre Point, Kota Kinabalu
ii. Caring Suria Sabah Shopping Mall
iii. Caring Imago Shopping Mall
iv. Caring Damai Plaza, Kota Kinabalu
v. Caring Lintas Plaza, Kota Kinabalu
vi. Caring Penampang, Kota Kinabalu
vii. Caring EG Mall Inamam

3. The RM5 will be credited immediately into the eligible Customer’s CARiNG Wallet in their Boost app upon successful Redemption.

4. Each eligible Customer may receive a maximum of one (1) Partner Wallets under the duration of this Campaign.

5. A minimum spend of RM50 is required to utilize a maximum of RM5 Partner Wallet in a single transaction, and Partner Wallet must be utilized when making a transaction at participating CARiNG outlets only (“Utilization”).

6. Partner Wallets are limited to the first 2,684 utilizations on a first come, first served basis.

7. Cashback must be utilized within 21 days from the redemption date. Any unutilized Cashback shall be forfeited.
