RM 5 HOLIDAY SAVINGS CAMPAIGN

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period
This Campaign shall commence from 1 December 2021 until 31 December 2021. Any extension thereof shall be at the sole discretion of eCode.

Eligibility
This Campaign shall be applicable to selected Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics
1. RM5 Holiday Pack Wallet (“Reward”) will be credited to selected Boost users and be visible under the “My Partner Wallets” page. This Reward is limited to the first 12,400 utilization only.
2. Each selected Boost user may only be entitled to receive a maximum of one (1) Reward.
3. This Reward may be used at any of the following participating partners’ outlets:

Food & Beverages : KFC, McDonald’s, Sushi King, Tealive, Llao Llao, Inside Scoop, Starbucks, Secret Recipe, Pizza Hut, Auntie Anne’s, Burger King, Coffee Bean, Texas Chicken
Health & Beauty : Guardian, Watson, Caring, Multicare Pharmacy, Health Lane Pharmacy, Ascent+ Pharmacy, Big Pharmacy, AA Pharmacy, Alpro Pharmacy, BP Healthcare, Eu Yan Sang.
Retail : MR DIY, Sasa, Sephora, Hamleys, Bata, Popular, Miniso, Toyworld, Sports Direct, Parkson.
Household and Groceries : 99 Speedmart, Lotus’s, Giant, Mydin, Econsave, AEON BiG, Village Grocer, NSK, HeroMarket, KK Supermart, Servay Hypermarket, CKS Supermarket, Boulevard Hypermarket, EMART, Ta Kiong Supermarket, Sunshine, Orange, CCK Local.

4. A minimum spend of RM30 is required to utilize this Reward.
5. This Reward must be utilized within 21 days after receiving it. Any unutilized amount shall expire and be automatically forfeited without further notice and the selected Boost user shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
