“REWARDS 2 NO END: UNSTOPPABLE TU-GETHER” CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T))(“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customers (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period

8 January 2023 to 5 February 2023

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

RM2 BOOSTPINK Wallet
Campaign Mechanics

1. Customers may redeem RM2 BOOSTPINK Wallet (“Wallet”) via the BoostUP Rewards Catalogue at 2PM daily during the Campaign Period.
2. The Wallet is limited to the first 5,000 redemptions daily and each Customer may only receive a maximum of two (2) Wallets in this Campaign.
3. Once redeemed, the Wallet will be visible under the “My Partner Wallets” page in the Boost app.
4. RM10 minimum spend is required to utilize the Wallet and the Wallet must be utilized within seven (7) days of successful redemption. Any unutilized credit in the Wallet will be forfeited.

BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK] Ticket Social Contest
Campaign Mechanics

1. Customers may (a) follow @myboostapp on Facebook and Instagram, and (b) comment their favourite BLACKPINK song, tag three (3) friends, and add their Boost Invite Code on the specified post on Boost’s official Facebook or Instagram account, to be eligible to stand a chance to win two (2) BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK] Tickets (“Prize”).
2. To be eligible to win the Prize, Customers must be a registered Boost user who has successfully redeemed at least one (1) Wallet throughout the Campaign Period, and complete the steps mentioned in paragraph 1 above by 4 February 2023.
3. eCode will select two (2) winners (“Winners”) weekly to win one (1) Prize each, with a total of eight (8) Winners throughout the entire Campaign Period, based on the weekly blocks stipulated in the table below:

4. The Winners will be selected within two (2) working days after the end of each weekly block. Each Customer may only win one (1) Prize under this Campaign.
5. The Winners will receive a direct message from Boost’s official Instagram and Facebook account. Winners must respond to Boost’s direct message with their contact details for Prize fulfilment purposes within two (2) working days, failing which, the Prize shall be forfeited and the Winners shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
6. Prize fulfilment will occur prior to the concert date in 2023 and details will be shared directly with Winners once they have confirmed their contact details. Prize fulfilment will be subject to the terms and conditions of PR Worldwide Sdn Bhd.

Important Notice:

A. By participating in the BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK] Ticket Social Contest, you hereby consent and authorize eCode to disclose your Facebook display name and/or Instagram username (as the case may be) for purposes of announcing the winners of the Contest via Boost social media pages and the Boost mobile application without obtaining any further consent from you nor making any payment whatsoever to you.

B. In the event that you disagree to have your details as set out in paragraph A above to be disclosed by eCode, you must email to campaigns@myboost.com.my to express your disagreement and decision to be opted-out from the BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK] Ticket Social Contest under this Campaign. In such instances, you have opted-out from and no longer be eligible to participate in the BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK] Ticket Social Contest under this Campaign and shall not be entitled to receive any entry to participate or receive any reward in the BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK] Ticket Social Contest under this Campaign.

C. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Notice and you will be deemed to have consented to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information: (i) for the purposes of this Campaign; and/or (ii) in accordance with our Privacy Notice at https://www.myboost.com.my/privacy.
