REFER AND EARN (MARCH – APRIL 2022)

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions, and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period
5th March 2022 until 30th April 2022

Eligibility
This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics
1. Each eligible Customer is entitled to receive RM5 in their Referral Reward Wallet (“Referral Reward”) for each Successful Referral of a new Boost user who has fulfilled the criteria in paragraph 3 below.

2. In addition to the Reward, each eligible Customer is also entitled to receive an extra bonus worth RM5 to be credited into their Referral Reward Wallet (“Bonus Reward”) for every ten (10) Successful Referrals of new Boost user who has each fulfilled the criteria in paragraph 3 below. For example, if a Customer has 20 Successful Referrals, the Customer is entitled to receive the Bonus Reward, total of RM10 credited into the Customer’s Referral Reward Wallet.

* The Referral Reward and Bonus Reward shall collectively be referred to as “Reward”, where applicable.

3. New Boost users must complete the following steps (“Successful Referral”) for the eligible Customer to be eligible to receive the Reward:
a. Use the eligible Customer’s invite code during registration on Boost mobile application (“Boost App”); and
b. Upgrade from Basic Wallet to Premium Wallet; and
c. Complete the ‘New User Mission’ by topping up a minimum of RM20.00 into their Boost wallet on Boost App using only Online Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card within 60 days from their registration date.

4. The Reward is limited to the first 40,000 Successful Referrals throughout the Campaign Period, on a first come, first serve basis.

5. Subject to paragraph 4 above, each Customer may only receive the Referral Rewards for a maximum of a total of 200 Successful Referrals, and a maximum of 20 times of the Bonus Rewards, during the Campaign Period.

6. The Referral Reward will be credited into the eligible Customer’s Referral Reward Wallet upon each Successful Referral. The Bonus Reward earned for a month (during the Campaign Period), will be credited into eligible Customer’s Referral Reward Wallet, by the end of the subsequent month. For example, if a Customer has earned 10 Successful Referrals in March 2022, subject to paragraphs 4 and 5 above, the Customer will receive the Bonus Reward on or before 30 April 2022.

7. No minimum spend is required to utilize the Reward, but the Reward must only be used in making any of the following transactions as illustrated in the table below:

Mobile Postpaid Bill Payment Applicable for any Mobile Postpaid Bill Payment transactions made available on the Boost App.
Bill Payment Applicable for any bill payment transactions made available in the “Bill Payment” tab on the Boost App, except: (i) PTPTN SSPN-i; and (ii) PTPTN SSPN-i Plus.
Prepaid Top Up Applicable for any prepaid top up transactions made available in the “Top Up” tab on the Boost App.
Microinsurance Applicable to the following insurance products made available in the “Insurance” tile on the Boost App: BillProtect, CardProtect – Basic, HospiCash, Protect Super6, and ProtectActive – Basic.
Games Applicable for GooglePlay, RazerGold, and PlayStation voucher purchases via Boost App.
Entertainment Applicable for Viu voucher purchases via Boost App.

8. The Referral Reward and/or Bonus Reward must be utilized within thirty (30) days of the eligible Customer receiving the Referral Reward and/or Bonus Reward (“Utilization Period”). Any unutilized Reward after the Utilization Period shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without notice and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.

9. In addition to the Reward given under this Campaign, the top 3 eligible Customers with the highest number of Successful Referrals each month during the Campaign Period (“Top 3 Referrers”) stand a chance to each win a prize worth RM500 (to be credited into an Online Partner Wallet) (“Prize”).

10. The Prize will be credited into each identified Referrer’s Online Partner Wallet and will appear in “My Partner Wallet” in their Boost App within thirty (30) days after the Top 3 Referrers have been identified. For example, Top 3 Referrers will be identified at the end of each month (on 31 March 2022, 30 April 2022, 31 May 2022), and they will receive the Prize on or before 30th April 2022, 31 May 2022, and 30 June 2022.

11. The Top 3 Referrers each month will be informed by eCode via Boost In-app notifications, and electronic mails.

12. There is no minimum spend is required to utilize the Prize. However, the Prize must only be used in making transactions at any of the partners as listed here.

13. In the event that the utilization of the Prize is subject to a validity period, any unutilized amount of the Prize after the expiry of the said validity period shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without notice and the Referrer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
