RAZER GOLD MISSION 2022 CAMPAIGN

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in this Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUP” Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUP” Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period

19 May 2022 until 18 June 2022

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics

  1. To participate in this Campaign and to be eligible to receive the Razer Gold Reward and Boost Reward in the Boost mobile application (“Boost App”), a Customer must perform the following steps during the Campaign Period:
    • activate the Razer Gold Mission (“Mission”) in the Boost App; and
    • transact two (2) times on Razer Gold using Boost as a payment method, with a minimum amount of RM30.00 for each transaction, failing which the Customer is deemed to have failed to complete the Mission and is not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
  1. During the Campaign Period, the Mission can be completed up to a maximum of three (3) times. Upon completion of the Mission, the Razer Gold Reward and Boost Reward to be received by the eligible Customers for each completion of a Mission are shown in Table 1 below.

  1. The Razer Gold Reward and Boost Reward are limited to the number of winners as shown in Table 1.
  2. The Razer Gold Reward will be sent to the eligible Customers via Shake Rewards in their Boost App within 14 days after the end of the Campaign Period.
  3. The Razer Gold Reward can be redeemed by the Customer via the following steps:
  • For Razer Gold Code
  1. Go to https://gold.razer.com/
  2. Sign-in using Razer Gold account (a Razer Gold account is needed to redeem the Razer Gold Reward)
  3. Click “Bonus Gold Voucher”, input the Razer Gold Code and redeem no later than 30 September 2022.
  • For Razer Silver Code
  1. Go to https://gold.razer.com/silver/earn
  2. Scroll down to “RAZER SILVER VOUCHER”
  3. Sign-in using Razer Gold account (a Razer Gold account is needed to redeem the Razer Gold Reward)
  4. Input the Razer Silver Code and redeem no later than 31 July 2022.

The redeemed Razer Silver are valid for 12 months, whereas the redeemed Razer Gold are valid for 1 month from their respective dates of redemption.

For clarity, should the Customer fail to redeem Razer Gold Reward and/or use the redeemed Razer Gold and/or Razer Silver within their applicable validity periods, the unredeemed Razer Gold Reward, unused Razer Gold and/or unused Razer Silver, as the case may be, shall expire and become invalid and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.

  1. The Boost Reward is limited to the first 900,000 Boost Stars only.
  2. Once the Boost Reward is received, similar to standard Boost Stars, the Boost Reward is subject to Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUP” Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Boost Reward can be claimed by the eligible Customer upon successful completion of the Mission in the “Completed Missions” tab and will appear in the eligible Customer’s “Boost Star History” in their Boost App. For clarity, the Boost Reward must be claimed by the eligible Customer within the validity period of 30 days upon successful completion of the Mission. Should the Customer fail to claim the Boost Reward within the validity period, the Boost Reward shall expire and will be automatically forfeited without notice, and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
