This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T))(“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customers (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period

25 January 2023 00:00:00 hours to 21 February 2023 23:59:59 hours (“Campaign Period”)


This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”). However, employees and immediate families of Tealive, including its affiliated and/or related companies, distributors, dealers and advertising and promotion agencies may not participate.

Campaign Mechanics

  1. To participate in the Campaign, Customers must purchase Strawberry Pearl Smoothie, Strawberry Pudding Smoothie or Strawberry Pearl Milk Tea in a single receipt within the Campaign Period from any participating Tealive outlets listed herein (Find Outlet (tealive.com.my)) for Dine-in/ In-store Takeaway/ Drive thru or via Tealive app  and make payment via the Boost app (“Boost Transaction”) for a chance to win the following prizes (“Prize”):
    • 1 x Grand Prize: 2 Concert Tickets, RM15,000 Boost Partner Wallet & 6 million Boost Stars
    • 1 x Second Prize: 2 Concert Tickets, RM10,000 Boost Partner Wallet & 3.5 million Boost Stars
    • 1 x Third Prize: RM5,000 Boost Partner Wallet & 1.5 million Boost Stars
    • 5 x Consolation Prizes: RM1,000 Boost Partner Wallet & 600 thousand Boost Stars
  1. Purchases must be made for Dine-in, In-store Takeaway, Drive-thru or via Tealive app only.
  2. Customers must fill in the online Tealive x Boost “Rewards 2 No End” Campaign Proof of Purchase Form by scanning the QR code displayed in-store, key in Tealive’s receipt number and upload their Boost receipt as proof of purchase (“POP”) via Google Form at [Tealive x Boost ‘Rewards to No End’ Contest T&C (google.com)]. Customer must retain the original receipt for purchases made during the Campaign Period as proof of purchase.
  3. Each POP is only eligible for one (1) entry submission. Customers may submit multiple entries but each entry must be accompanied with the required details and the respective POP as per paragraph 3 above. eCode reserves the right to disqualify entry with duplicated POP and/or containing more than one (1) similar POP.
  4. Any receipt that is illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, not obtained legitimately, contains printing typographical, mechanical, or other errors or the printing is unclear or does not contain the required information is invalid and will not be accepted. eCode reserves the sole discretion to disqualify any entry.
  5. All entries for Grand Prize & Second Prize must be received by Tealive by or before 14 February 2023, 23:59:59 hours. Entries for Third Prize & 5 Consolation Prizes must be received by Tealive by or before 21 February 2023, 23:59:59 hours (“Entry Submission Period”). Any entry received after the Entry Submission Period will be disqualified.
  6.  Twenty (20) Customers with the highest entries will be selected, whereby eight (8) potential winners will be picked to win the Prize, subject to them answering a question correctly via email from marketing@myboost.com.my and providing their contact details within 48 hours, failing which eCode shall have the right to pick other potential winners.
  7. eCode shall at its absolute discretion pick the winner based on the question being answered correctly and such decision shall be final and undisputed.
  8. Details of the Concert Ticket Prize fulfilment will be shared directly with Winners once they have confirmed their contact details. The Concert Ticket Prize and its fulfilment shall be subject to the terms and conditions of PR Worldwide Sdn Bhd. The concert tickets will be fulfilled by 1 March 2023.
  9. Details of Prize fulfilment be shared directly with Winners once they have confirmed their contact details. The Prize and its fulfilment shall be subject to the terms and conditions of PR Worldwide Sdn Bhd.
  10. The fulfilment of the prizes which are (1) Boost Partner Wallet and (2) Boost Stars, will be credited into the Winners’ Boost account within 90 days after eCode’s receipt of their contact details within the stipulated period. No minimum spend is required to utilise these prizes, and these prizes must be utilised within 365 days or one (1) year from receipt. Thereafter, any unutilised prizes shall expire and be forfeited automatically without notice and the Winners shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode or Tealive. With regards to the prizes consisting of Boost Partner Wallet, such prizes can be utilised for allowed transactions only (cash-out, transfer, donation, and zakat payment are strictly excluded).
  11. Each Winner is only allowed to win one (1) Prize and one (1) time throughout the Campaign Period.

Important Notice:

A. By participating in the “REWARDS 2 NO END: TEALIVE” Campaign, you hereby acknowledge and agree to allow and authorize eCode to disclose the following details for purposes of its winners’ announcement on/ its winners’ notifications via its social media pages and where applicable, Boost mobile application (“Boost App”), if you win the Prize under this Campaign:

i. Your full name without first obtaining any further consent from you nor making any payment whatsoever to you.

B. If you disagree to have your details as set out in paragraph A above to be disclosed by eCode, you shall email to campaigns@myboost.com.my to express your disagreement and decision to be opted-out from the “REWARDS 2 NO END: TEALIVE” Campaign. In such instances, you have opted-out from and no longer be eligible to participate in the “REWARDS 2 NO END: TEALIVE” Campaign and shall not be entitled to receive any entry to participate or receive any reward in the “REWARDS 2 NO END: TEALIVE “Campaign.

C. By participating in this  Campaign, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Notice and you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information : (i) for the purposes of this Campaign; and/or (ii) in accordance with our Privacy Notice at https://www.myboost.com.my/privacy.
