TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOST X STARBUCKS “REWARDS 2 NO END” CAMPAIGNS

PROMO 1: REWARDS 2 NO END – STARBUCKS RM5 INSTANT QR CODE CAMPAIGN (“CAMPAIGN”)

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customers (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period

15th February 2023 until 31st March 2023

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to selected Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics

1. Subject to paragraphs 3 and 4 below, Customers who use Boost app to:
   i. scan the promotional QR code; or
   ii. key in the promotional code – SBUXR2NE (on the “Redemption Code” page under “Profile” in the Boost App), (“Redemption”) will be eligible to receive a RM5 Starbucks R2NE Wallet (“Reward”) in their Boost App. The above mentioned promotional codes can be found at any participating Starbucks outlets that are listed herein (please click here for the full list of participating outlets) only.
2. The Reward will be credited immediately into the eligible Customers’ RM5 Starbucks R2NE Wallet in their Boost App upon successful Redemption.
3. Subject to paragraph 4 below, each eligible Customer may only redeem a maximum of five (5) Rewards under this Campaign.
4. The Reward is only limited to the first 20,200 Utilizations (as defined below) on a first- come, first-served basis.
5. A minimum spend of RM30 is required to utilize the Reward in a single transaction, capped at RM5 per transaction, and the Reward must be utilized when making a transaction at participating Starbucks outlets that are listed herein (please click here for the full list of participating outlets) only (“Utilization”).
6. The Reward must be utilized within fourteen (14) days upon receipt. Any unutilized Reward shall expire and be automatically forfeited without further notice, and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode and Starbucks.

PROMO 2: REWARDS 2 NO END – STARBUCKS 20X BOOST STARS MULTIPLIER (“CAMPAIGN”)

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customers (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUp” Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUp” Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanic

1. During the Campaign Period, Customers who spend a minimum of RM1 in a single transaction and make payment with Boost (“Transaction”) at participating Starbucks Outlets that are listed herein (please click here for the full list of participating outlets) are eligible to receive up to 20x Boost Stars (“Reward”) based on the Transaction amount and subject to paragraph 3 below.
2. For the avoidance of doubt, Customers who have received the Reward under this Campaign are not entitled to the default number of Boost Stars which is tied up to their BoostUP level. For clarity, if a Customer performs a Transaction and the amount spent is RM150, notwithstanding that he is a Silver Sergeant Member, he will only be eligible to receive 3,000 Boost Stars (150*20) under this Campaign.
3. The Reward is limited to a total of 35,000,000 Boost Stars Disbursement throughout the Campaign Period, on a first-come, first-served basis. For clarity, no further Boost Stars/Reward will be given out in the event that the Reward has been fully given out under this Campaign. The Reward will be credited immediately upon eligible and successful Transaction and will appear in the eligible Customer’s “Boost Stars History” in the Boost App.
4. The Reward will be credited immediately upon eligible and successful Transaction and will appear in the eligible Customer’s “Boost Stars History” in the Boost App. Once received, similarly to the standard Boost Stars, the Bonus Boost Stars are subject to Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUP” Terms and Conditions.
5. In addition, Customers who received the Reward will be offered a For You Hidden BoostUp catalogue with the option a RM5 Starbucks Wallet with 1,000 Boost Stars. The RM5 Starbucks Wallet is on a first-come, first-serve basis, limited to the first 4,800 redemption only.
