PLUS Raya RM3 Cashback Campaign

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUp” Terms and Conditions (which shall govern the use of the Boost Stars rewarded under this Campaign).

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUp” Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period
9 May 2022 until 30 June 2022

Eligibility
This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics:

1. During the Campaign Period, Customers who perform a transaction with a minimum spend of RM6 and make payment via the Boost App at any participating PLUS Highway R&Rs & lay-bys will be eligible to receive RM3 Cash Reward in their Boost x PLUS Wallet (“Reward”).
2. The Reward will be credited immediately into the eligible Customers’ Boost x PLUS Wallet in their Boost app upon making a successful transaction.
3. Subject to paragraph 5 below, each eligible Customer may only redeem a maximum of one (1) Reward under this Campaign.
4. A minimum spend of RM3 is required to utilize the Reward. The Reward must be used in a single transaction
5. The Reward is only limited to the first 5,000 successful transactions.
6. The Reward must be utilized within 30 days upon receipt. Any unutilized Reward shall expire and be automatically forfeited without further notice, and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
