This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode). By participating in this Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period
1 November 2021 until 30 November 2021

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics

1. During the Campaign Period, Customers who spend a minimum amount of RM69.00 in a single transaction on any PlayStation products (as stipulated in Table 1 below) in the Boost app or Boost Game Connect (“Transaction”) will be eligible to receive a cashback equivalent to 10% of the Transaction amount (“Cashback”), capped at RM25.00 only.

2. Eligible Customers also stand a chance to win the rewards as stipulated in Table 2 below and in the case of eligible Customers whose transactions are “first Transaction” (as defined below), stand a chance to win additional rewards as stipulated in paragraph 8 below (collectively, “Prizes”). One (1) Transaction equals to one (1) entry. Entries are doubled for Transactions made on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and on the days of Black Friday (26 November 2021) and Cyber Monday (29 November 2021).

3. The Cashback is limited only to RM31,476.00 throughout the Campaign Period.

4. The Cashback will be credited into the eligible Customers’ PlayStation Wallet in their Boost app upon successful Transaction.

5. A minimum spend of RM69.00 is required to utilize the Cashback, and it can only be utilized to purchase any PlayStation products as stated in Table 1 below in the Boost app:

7. Table 2 below stipulates the type of the respective Prize, and the number of winners:

8. In addition, Customers with first Transaction are also entitled to stand a chance to win additional prize of a RM100 PSN Voucher, only available to 30 winners (“Additional Prizes”). “first Transaction” here means the Customers are buying any PlayStation Products (as stipulated in Table 1 above) in the Boost app or Boost Game Connect for the first time, and meeting the criteria in paragraph 1 above.

9. Customers may make multiple Transactions to increase their chances of winning.

10. Entry for the draw of the Prizes closes on the last day (11:59pm) of the Campaign Period.

11. Subject to the Additional Prize that an eligible Customer may receive (if selected), each winner shall only be entitled to receive one (1) Prize under this Campaign.

12. A week after the end of the Campaign Period, eCode will randomly select the respective number of winners under this Campaign. Selected winners will be notified via email (“winner notification”).

13. The winners are required to acknowledge the winner notifications within seven (7) days upon receipt confirming their email address, phone numbers and mailing address (where applicable), failing which their prizes shall be forfeited and eCode shall have the right to select other Customers to receive the said prizes. In such event, the said winner(s) shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.

14. Within thirty (30) working days after eCode has received the respective acknowledgement from the selected winners, the Prizes will be sent to the selected winners via email (to their email addresses confirmed with eCode), and/ or via postage (to their postal addresses confirmed with eCode), as the case may be.

15. If there are any changes to the details which the winners have provided to eCode, the winners will be required to update eCode accordingly, failing which such winner may not be able to claim his prize.

16. Where applicable, the Prizes offered under this Campaign shall be subject to availability of stock. eCode reserves the right to substitute and replace the prizes offered with another prize of equal value or higher value as eCode deems fit.
