NEW USER MISSION JUNE 2022 CAMPAIGN

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”/ “Boost”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions, Boost Missions Features Terms and Conditions, and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Missions Features Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iv) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (v) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period
1 June 2022 until 31 July 2022

Eligibility
This Campaign shall only be applicable to new Boost users whose mobile numbers are not found in eCode’s customer database prior to their registration with eCode on Boost mobile application (“Boost App”), during the Campaign Period (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics
1. Upon successful registration with Boost, Customers will be automatically opted-in to participate in the ‘New User Mission’ (“Mission”).

2. Customers must complete the Mission by topping up a minimum of RM20.00 into their Boost wallet on Boost App via Online Banking or Debit Card or Credit Card within thirty (30) days from their registration date (“Mission Period”), to be eligible to receive the following rewards:
i. a RM20 Hush Puppies Wallet;
ii. a RM30 Famsy Wallet;
iii. two (2) RM3 Kings Confectionary Wallet;
iv. two (2) RM5 Mydin Wallet; and
v. a RM4 In-Store Wallet,
upon being prompted to click “Claim Reward” in the Boost App (collectively to be referred to as “Mission Rewards”, each to be referred as “Mission Reward”).

3. The (a) minimum spend required to utilize each Mission Reward, (b) total limit for each Mission Reward, and (c) applicability of each Mission Reward, is stipulated in Table 1 below:

TABLE 1

The Mission Rewards shall be subject to the following:
a. each Mission Reward will be visible under the “My Partner Wallets” page in the Boost App with a 30-day validity or until full usage, whichever comes first;
b. each Mission Reward must be utilised within thirty (30) days of the eligible Customer receiving the Mission Reward or until full usage, whichever comes first. Any unutilised Mission Reward shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without notice and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode; and
c. the utilisation of each Mission Reward shall also be subject to the relevant merchant’s terms and conditions, if any.

4. Failure to complete the Mission within the stipulated Mission Period would disqualify the Customers and such Customers shall not be able to re-participate in the Mission.

5. In addition to the Mission Rewards, the first 12,000 Customers who successfully complete the Bonus Mission, i.e. successfully upgraded their wallet type to Premium Wallet during the Campaign Period (“Bonus Mission Period”) will receive four (4) rewards in total, two (2) of which will be credited within the first month after the date the said Customers successfully upgraded their wallet type to Premium Wallet (“Completion Date”), and the remaining two (2) rewards will be credited in the second month after the Completion Date (all of which will be visible under the “My Partner Wallets” page in the Boost App after they are credited) (collectively to be referred to as the “Bonus Rewards”, each to be referred to as a “Bonus Reward”, details of which are stipulated in Table 2 below:

6. Subject to the capped/ maximum number of Customers eligible to receive the Bonus Rewards as stipulated in paragraph 5 above, eligible Customers will receive the Bonus Rewards on its corresponding Bonus Rewards Disbursement Date as illustrated in Table 3 below (based on its corresponding Completion Date within the Bonus Mission Period):

7. Each Bonus Reward must be utilised within thirty (30) days of the eligible Customer receiving the Bonus Rewards. Any unutilised Bonus Reward shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without notice and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
