NEW USER MISSION AUGUST 2022 CAMPAIGN

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”/  “Boost”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these  terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions,  Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions, Boost Missions Features Terms and Conditions, and Boost  Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved  by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Missions Features  Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iv) Boost Campaign General Terms and  Conditions and (v) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period
1 August 2022 until 31 December 2022

Eligibility
This Campaign shall only be applicable to new users who register for a Boost account and whose mobile numbers  are not found in eCode’s customer database at the time of registration (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics

  1. Upon successful registration with Boost, Customers will be automatically opted-in to participate in the ‘New  User Mission’ (“Mission”).
  2. Customers must complete the Mission by topping up a minimum of RM20.00 into their Boost wallet via  Online Banking or Debit Card or Credit Card within thirty (30) days from their registration date (“Mission  Period”), to be eligible to receive the following rewards:
    i. a RM20 Hush Puppies Wallet;
    ii. a RM25 The Face Shop Wallet;
    iii. a RM10 Pensonic Wallet;
    iv. a RM5 Watsons Wallet
    v. a RM5 Giant Wallet
    vi. a RM15 SportsClick Wallet
    vii. a RM4 BoostWallet
    viii. a RM5 Mydin Wallet
    (collectively to be referred to as “Mission Rewards”, each to be referred as “Mission Reward”).
  3. The (a) minimum spend required to utilize each Mission Reward, (b) total utilization limit for each Mission  Reward, and (c) applicability of each Mission Reward, are stipulated in Table 1 below:

    The Mission Rewards shall be subject to the following:
    a.   each Mission Reward will be visible under the “My Partner Wallets” page in the Boost App with a 30- day validity or until full  usage, whichever comes first;
    b.   The Mission Reward of RM5 Watsons Wallet will only be given out from 1 September 2022 & the  Mission Reward of RM5 Giant Wallet will only be given out from 1 October2022. Each Mission  Reward must be utilized within thirty (30) days of the eligible Customer receiving the Mission Reward or until full usage, whichever comes first. Any unutilized Mission Reward shall expire and shall be  automatically forfeited without notice and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against  eCode; and
    c.   the utilization of each Mission Reward shall also be subject to the relevant merchant’s terms and  conditions, if any.

  4. Failure to complete the Mission within the stipulated Mission Period would disqualify the Customers and such Customers shall not be able to re-participate in the Mission.
