This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions, and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period
1st February 2022 until 28th February 2022.

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics
1. During the Campaign Period, Customers who spend a minimum of RM30 in a single transaction and make payment via the Boost app at all participating MR DIY stores (“Participating MR DIY Stores”) (“Transaction”) will be eligible to receive a cashback of RM5 (“Cashback”).

2. The Cashback is limited to a total of 10,000 successful Transactions on a first- come-first-served-basis throughout the Campaign Period. Subject to the foregoing, each eligible Customer is only eligible to receive a maximum of one (1) Cashback under this Campaign.

3. The Cashback will be credited immediately into the eligible Customer’s MR DIY Wallet upon each eligible and successful Transaction and will appear in the eligible Customer’s “My Partner Wallets” in their Boost app. The eligible Customer will also be notified by eCode via in-app push-notification upon the Cashback being credited into their MR DIY Wallet in the Boost App.

4. No minimum spend is required to utilize the Cashback, however the Cashback must only be utilized at any of the Participating MR DIY Stores and payment must be made via the Boost app. The Cashback is for single use/ transaction only.

5. Each Cashback must be utilized within thirty (30) days of the eligible Customer receiving the Cashback. Any unutilized Cashback shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without further notice, and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.

6. In addition, 100 Customers (who have received the Cashback under this Campaign) are also eligible to win a prize of RM100 each to be credited into RM100 MR DIY Partner Wallet (“Prize”). Every fortnight during the Campaign Period, eCode will identify and select 50 Customers with the highest total number of entries (from highest to lowest), who will be entitled to receive a Prize each. The higher the Transcation amount, the more entries a Customer will receive. Every Transaction amount of RM30 earns a Customer one (1) entry. Two (2) draws will be made during the Campaign Period.

7. Entry for the draw of the 1st round for the Prize closes on Sunday 13th February (11:59p.m.). Entry for the draw of the 2nd round for the Prize closes on Monday 28th February (11.59p.m.). The Prize winners will be selected based on the total eligible entries received for each respective draw. The Customer with the highest number of entries will be eligible to win a Prize, and follow by the subsequent 49 Customers in descending manner based on their number of entries. The entry pool is refreshed at the end of each draw.

8. Subject to paragraph 9 below, the Prizes will be credited into the eligible winners’ RM100 MR DIY Partner Wallet, which will appear in “My Partner Wallets” in their Boost app. The eligible winners will also be notified by eCode via in-app push- notification upon the Prize being credited into their Boost app.

9. Each winner is only entitled to receive one (1) Prize under this Campaign.
