MERDEKA ZCITY RM6.50 CASHBACK CAMPAIGN

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period
24 August 2022 – 16 September 2022

Eligibility
This Campaign shall only be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics
1. During the Campaign Period, Customers who spend a minimum of RM30 in a single transaction on ZCITY’s mobile app and make payment with Boost (“Transaction”) will be eligible to receive a cashback of RM6.50 (“Reward”).
2. Reward is limited to the first 1,948 eligible and successful Transactions throughout the Campaign Period on a first-come first-served basis.
3. Subject to paragraph 2 above, the Reward will be credited immediately into the eligible Customer’s ZCITY Wallet in their Boost app upon eligible and successful Transaction.
4. Subject to paragraph 2 above, each eligible Customer may only receive up to a maximum of two (2) Rewards under this Campaign. For clarity, each Reward is for single use/transaction only.
5. No minimum spend is required to utilise the Reward but the Reward must be utilised when making an online transaction on ZCITY’s mobile app and make payment with Boost only.
6. Reward must be utilised within thirty (30) days of the eligible Customer receiving the Reward. Any unutilised Reward shall expire and be forfeited automatically without further notice, and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode or ZCITY.
