Reward Utilization Period and Campaign’s Terms and Conditions

A)        Reward Utilization Period

“Utilization Period” means the period of 21 days from the users’ receipt of the Reward, within which the Rewards shall be valid for utilization by the users.

B) CAMPAIGN’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MARRYBROWN RM3 INSTANT QR MERDEKA CAMPAIGN (“CAMPAIGN”)

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period

24 August 2022 until 30 September 2022

Eligibility

This Campaign shall only be applicable to selected Boost users

Campaign Mechanics

1. During the Campaign Period, customers who use Boost app to scan the promotional QR code or key in the redemption code “MARRYBROWN3” at any participating Marrybrown outlet will be eligible to receive RM3 Marrybrown Wallet.
2. The Reward will be credited immediately into the eligible Customers’ RM3 Marrybrown Wallet in their Boost app upon successful scanning.
3. Subject to paragraph 5 below, each eligible Customer may only redeem a maximum of one (1) Reward under this Campaign, Each Reward is for single use/ transaction only.
4. A minimum spend of RM25 is required to utilize the and the Reward must be utilized when making a transaction at participating Marrybrown outlets only.
5. The Reward is only limited to the first 6,000 utilization on a first come, first served basis.
6. The Reward must be utilized within 21 days upon receipt. Any unutilized Reward shall expire and automatically forfeited without further notice, and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
