LOTUS’S RM10 YEAR END CAMPAIGN
This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode” or “Boost”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions, and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.
In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.
1st November 2021 until 31st December 2021
This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).
- During the Campaign Period, Customers who spend a minimum of RM100 in a single transaction and make payment via the Boost app at all participating Lotus’s stores (“Participating Lotus’s Stores”) (“Transaction”) will be eligible to receive a cashback of RM10 (“Cashback”) and stand a chance to win a Dyson Digital Slim Fluffy Extra vacuum each week of the Campaign Period (“Prize”). For clarity, Customers will still stand a chance to win the Prize in the event that the Cashback has been fully given out under this Campaign, provided that the said Customers spend a minimum of RM100 in a single transaction and make payment via the Boost app at Lotus’s stores.
- The Cashback is limited to a total of 10,000 successful Transactions on a first-come-first-served-basis throughout the Campaign Period. Subject to the foregoing, each eligible Customer is only eligible to receive a maximum of two (2) Cashbacks only under this Campaign.
- The Cashback will be credited immediately into the eligible Customer’s Lotus’s Wallet upon each successful Transaction and will appear in the eligible Customer’s “My Partner Wallets” in their Boost app. The eligible Customer will be notified by eCode via in-app push-notification upon the Cashback being credited into their Lotus’s Wallet in the Boost App.
- No minimum spend is required to utilize the Cashback, however the Cashback must only be utilized at any of the Participating Lotus’s Stores and payment must be made via the Boost app. The Cashback is for single use/ transaction only.
- Each Cashback must be utilized within twenty-one (21) days of the eligible Customer receiving the Cashback. Any unutilized Cashback shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without further notice, and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
- The Prize is limited to a total of 8 winners for the Campaign Period (1 winner each week), selected at random. Eight (8) weekly draws will be made during the Campaign Period.
- Entry for the draw of the weekly Prize closes weekly on each Sunday (11:59p.m.) of each draw week, during the Campaign Period. The weekly Prize winner will be selected at random based on the total eligible entries received for each respective draw week. The entry pool is refreshed at the end of each draw week.
- The weekly Prize winner will be selected by eCode immediately the day after the end of each week (i.e. Monday) and the selected winners will be notified the following day after (i.e. Tuesday) via email from email@example.com where they will be required to fill in and sign a winner’s acceptance form to receive the Prize. If the winner does not respond to Boost within fourteen (14) days of receiving the email, Boost reserves the right to forfeit the Prize and select a new winner.
- Each winner is only entitled to receive one (1) Prize under this Campaign.
