KLASIKNYA RAYA RM10 MYDIN WALLET CASHBACK CAMPAIGN

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF KLASIKNYA RAYA RM10 MYDIN WALLET CASHBACK CAMPAIGN (“CAMPAIGN”)

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period

13 March 2023 until 7 May 2023

Eligibility

This Campaign shall only be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics

1. During the Campaign Period, Customers who spend a minimum of RM100 in a single transaction at any physical Mydin outlets and make payment with Boost (“Transaction”) will be eligible to receive a cashback of RM10 to be credited into a  MYDIN partner wallet (“Cashback”).
2. The Cashback will be credited immediately into the eligible Customer’s MYDIN Wallet in their Boost app upon successful Transaction.
3. The Cashback is limited to the first 3,000 utilisations only and on a first-come, first- served basis.
4. Subject to paragraph 3 above, each eligible Customer may only be entitled to receive a maximum of two (2) Cashbacks. For clarity, each Cashback is for simple use/transaction only.
5. No minimum spend is required to utilise the Cashback but the Cashback must be utilised when making a transaction at any physical MYDIN outlets only.
6. The Cashback must be utilised within twenty-one (21) days upon receipt or until full usage/utilisation, whichever comes first. Any unutilised Cashback shall expire and be forfeited automatically without notice and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode or Mydin Mohamed Holdings Bhd.
