This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customers (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUp” Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUp” Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period

8 June 2023 from 00.00 to 23.59 (Malaysia Time) only

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics:

  1. During the Campaign Period, Customers who spend a minimum of RM30 in a single transaction and make payment with Boost (“Transaction”) at any of the selected Boost online partner’s website, mobile app or Boost Online Shopping Apptile that are listed herein (please click here for the full list of participating partners) are eligible to receive up to 8x Boost Stars (“Reward”) based on the Transaction amount, capped at 1,000 Boost Stars, and subject to paragraph 3 below.
  2. The Reward will be credited immediately upon eligible and successful Transaction and will appear in the eligible Customer’s “Boost Stars History” in the Boost App.
  3. The total Reward to be given out under this Campaign is limited to 5,000,000 Boost Stars only throughout the Campaign Period, on a first-come-first-served basis only. For clarity, no further Boost Stars/reward will be given out in the event that the Reward has been fully given out under this Campaign.
  4. Each eligible Customer may only receive the Reward up to two (2) times under this Campaign and up to a maximum of 2,000 Boost Stars per eligible and successful Transaction only, throughout the Campaign Period. For clarity, subject to the aforementioned, even if a Customer performs more than two (2) Transactions, he may only receive up to a total maximum of 2,000 Boost Stars only for his first two (2) Transactions (subject to his each Transaction amount) under this Campaign.
  5. For the avoidance of doubt, Customers who have received the Reward under this Campaign are not entitled to the default number of Boost Stars which is tied up to their BoostUP level. For clarity, if a Customer performs a Transaction and the amount spent is RM30, notwithstanding that he is a Silver Sergeant Member, he will only be eligible to receive 240 Boost Stars (30*8) under this Campaign.
  6. The Reward must be utilized by 8 July 2023, failing which the unutilized Reward shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without notice and the Customers shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
