HelloGold Wallet – Boosted Smartsaver 2.0 Campaign

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820(1214970-T)(“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to Boost users (“Customers”) who sign up for the HelloGold Wallet – Boosted SmartSaver 2.0 on HelloGold app.

Campaign Mechanics

Customers who subscribe to the HelloGold Wallet – Boosted SmartSaver 2.0 on HelloGold app, successfully purchasing a minimum amount of RM 150 worth of gold product and pay with Boost (“Transaction”) for three (3) consecutive milestones (“Milestone”) as stipulated in clause 2 below will be eligible for RM 5 Cashback for the Milestone 1 and Milestone 2 (“Cashback”) and an entry to win RM500 worth of gold from HelloGold (“Gold Prize”). “Cashback” and “Gold Prize” shall be collectively referred to as “Reward”.

To be eligible to get the Reward, Customer must perform the following transactions consecutively:

1. Sign up to the HelloGold Wallet – Boosted SmartSaver 2.0 on HelloGold app;
2. Successfully purchase a minimum RM150 worth of gold product via HelloGold app and pay with Boost during the Sign Up Period (3 August 2020 to 4 September 2020)
3. Continuously purchase a minimum RM150 via HelloGold app and pay with Boost for 6 consecutive months throughout Campaign Period (3 August 2020 to 4 March 2021)
4. The Cashback and Gold Prize are determined as follows:
   i. Milestone 1: Purchase for 2 months consecutively from the last sign up date and get RM5 cashback into HelloGold Partner wallet on Boost.
   ii. Milestone 2: Purchase for 4 months consecutively from the last sign up date and get another RM5 cashback HelloGold Partner wallet on Boost.
   iii. Milestone 3: Purchase for 6 months consecutively from the last sign up date and stand an entry to win RM500 worth of gold in the RM15,000.00 HelloGold Wallet – Boosted SmartSaver 2.0 lucky draw (30 winners x RM500)’
5. Rewards are limited to the first 2,000 eligible users who reach each milestone on a first come first serve basis only.
6. For the fortunate 30 winners that wins the RM500 worth of gold, HelloGold shall notify Customer on how to claim the Gold Prize via email. The Prize shall be subject to HelloGold’s terms and conditions.
7. Each eligible Customer may only receive a maximum of one (1) cashback per milestone.
8. Each eligible Customer may only receive a maximum of one (1) Reward.
9. Cashback will be credited into the Customer’s HelloGold Partner wallet in their Boost wallet on the following dates:
   i. Milestone 1: 19 November 2020 – 27 November 2020
   ii. Milestone 2: 7 January 2021 – 15 January 2021
10. The Customer will be notified by eCode via push-notification on their Cashback. Customer will be notified by HelloGold via email on their Gold Prize.
11. Boost is not responsible to the Customer for its entitlement to the Gold Prize.
