HELLOGOLD SAVE & EARN CASHBACK MISSION
This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T) (“eCode”). By participating in this Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms & Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms & Conditions, Boost Missions Features Terms & Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.
In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Missions Features Terms and Conditions (iii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iv) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (v) Boost Terms and Conditions.
Campaign Period
1st December 2021 until 31st March 2022.
Eligibility
This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”, each of them a “Customer”).
Campaign Mechanics
1. To participate in this Campaign and to be eligible to receive a cashback of RM8 to be credited into HelloGold Wallet (“Reward”) in the Boost mobile application (“Boost App”), a Customer must perform the following steps during the Campaign Period:
(a) activate the HelloGold Save & Earn Cashback Mission (“Mission”) in the Boost App; and
(b) save a minimum of RM80.00 worth of gold via the HelloGold tile on the Boost App, within five (5) days upon activating the Mission,
failing which the Customer is deemed to have failed to complete the Mission and is not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
For clarity,
(i) If a Customer activates the Mission on 7th December 2021, he must complete his Mission on or before 11th December 2021, i.e. before the expiry of the 5-days period;
(ii) The last day for a Customer to activate the Mission is 31st March 2022;
(iii) If a Customer activates the Mission on 31st March 2022, he must complete his Mission on or before 4th April 2022.
2. The eligible Customer must redeem the Reward upon successful completion of the Mission, and the Customer’s HelloGold Wallet will appear under the “My Partner Wallets” section in the Boost app.
3. The Reward must be utilized within thirty (30) days upon receiving it, failing which the Reward shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without notice and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
4. No minimum spend is required to utilize the Reward, however it can only be used to save on gold via the HelloGold tile on the Boost app.
5. The Reward is limited to the first 1,125 Customers to complete the Mission only, on a first come, first serve basis. [For clarity, each eligible Customer is only entitled to receive a maximum of one (1) Reward each month during the Campaign Period.]
6. During the Campaign Period, each Customer can only participate in this Mission once per month.
7. Entry into this Mission is free.
8. Where applicable, when it comes to completing multiple Boost missions of the same criteria, only one (1) mission will be considered as completed, based on the following order, by highest reward, by earliest expiry, by earliest participation date.
