BOOST X GOOGLE PLAY STORE – UP TO RM10 “PLAY TO NO END” CASHBACK CAMPAIGNS

The Promo 1 Campaign and the Promo 2 Campaign (as hereinafter defined) are held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Promo 1 Campaign and/or the Promo 2 Campaign, Customer and Selected Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

A. PROMO 1: RM5 GOOGLE PLAY STORE – “PLAY TO NO END” CASHBACK CAMPAIGN (“PROMO 1 CAMPAIGN”)

Promo 1 Campaign Period

1 November 2022 until 31 December 2022

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost’s android users (“Customers”).

Promo 1 Campaign Mechanics

1. During the Promo 1 Campaign Period, Customers who spend a minimum of RM15 in a single transaction on Google Play Store’s app (including purchase of apps and content, and in-app purchases) or website (https://play.google.com/store/) and make payment with Boost (“Promo 1 Transaction”) will be eligible to receive a cashback of RM5 (“Promo 1 Reward”).
2. The Promo 1 Reward will be credited immediately into the eligible Customers’ Google Play Wallet in their Boost app upon successful Promo 1 Transaction.
3. Each eligible Customer may only receive a maximum of one (1) Promo 1 Reward under this Promo 1 Campaign. The Promo 1 Reward is limited to the first 20,000 eligible and successful utilizations throughout the Promo 1 Campaign Period.
4. No minimum spend is required to utilize the Promo 1 Reward but the Promo 1 Reward must be utilized when making an online transaction on Google Play’s app (including purchase of apps and content, and in-app purchases) or website (https://play.google.com/store/) and make payment with Boost.
5. Promo 1 Reward must be utilized within thirty (30) days of the eligible Customer receiving the Promo 1 Reward. Any unutilized Promo 1 Reward shall expire and be forfeited automatically without notice and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode or Google Play Store.

B. PROMO 2: RM5 BOOST CASHBACK – “PLAY TO NO END” CASHBACK CAMPAIGN (“PROMO 2 CAMPAIGN”)

Promo 2 Campaign Period

1 December 2022 until 31 January 2023

Eligibility

This Promo 2 Campaign shall be applicable to selected users who received the Promo 1 Reward from Promo 1 Campaign (“Selected Customers”).

Promo 2 Campaign Mechanics

1. During the Promo 2 Campaign Period, Selected Customers who spend a minimum of RM15 in a single transaction on Google Play Store’s app (including purchase of apps and content, and in-app purchases) or website (https://play.google.com/store/) and make payment with Boost (“Promo 2 Transaction”) will be eligible to receive a cashback of RM5 (“Promo 2 Reward”).
2. The Promo 2 Reward will be credited into the Selected Customers’ Boost Wallet (i.e. a Boost Partner Wallet, not the main Boost Wallet) in their Boost app in accordance with the dates set out in the table 1 below.

3. Each Selected Customer may only receive a maximum of one (1) Promo 2 Reward under this Promo 2 Campaign. The Promo 2 Reward is limited to the first 19,000 eligible and successful utilizations throughout the Promo 2 Campaign Period.
4. A minimum spend of RM15 is required to utilize the Promo 2 Reward. The Promo 2 Reward is applicable for all Boost transactions except for transfers to the main Boost Wallet, bank account or other Boost account and the Promo 2 Reward cannot be exchanged in any kind.
5. Promo 2 Reward must be utilized within thirty (30) days of the Selected Customer receiving the Promo 2 Reward. Any unutilized Promo 2 Reward shall expire and be forfeited automatically without notice and the Selected Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode or Google Play Store.
