BOOST X GOOGLE PLAY GIFT CODE WALLET Q3 CAMPAIGN

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in this Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period

18 July 2022 until 17 October 2022

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to all eligible Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics

1. During the Campaign Period, subject to the Reward’s availability, eligible Customers who fulfil either criteria set out in the first column of Table 1 below will receive a reward worth RM10 (“Reward”) based on the criteria fulfilled as set out in Table 1 below:

2. The Reward will be credited into the eligible Customers’ Gift Code Wallet in their Boost App upon the start of the Campaign Period and in respect of the Reward to be credited in the second and third month of the Campaign Period, within 14 days from the start of the said second and third month of the Campaign Period.
3. Subject to the Award Availability stated in Table 1 above, the Reward is available for multiple uses, with a maximum cap of RM4.00 per utilization in each transaction, up to maximum total utilization of RM10. Further, a minimum spend of RM25 is required to utilize the Reward in each transaction and it can only be utilized to purchase Google Gift Codes in the Boost App. For illustration purposes, an eligible Customer who has received the Reward, will be able to utilize up to RM4 (being part of the Reward) in his first two transactions (subject to minimum spend of RM25 each transaction) and there will be remaining balance of RM2 in the Reward to be utilized in his third transaction (subject to minimum spend of RM25).
4. Subject to the criteria set out in the first column of Table 1 above, eligible Customers can only receive one (1) Reward per month during the Campaign Period.
5. Subject to the Reward Availability stated in Table 1 above, the Reward must be utilized within fourteen (14) days upon receipt. Any unutilized Reward shall expire and be forfeited automatically without further notice and the Customer(s) shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode or Google.
