GOOGLE PLAY CASHBACK CAMPAIGN
This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode). By participating in this Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.
In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”, and each of them a “Customer”).
1. During the Campaign Period, a Customer who successfully complete a Transaction will be eligible to receive a cashback worth RM3 (“Cashback”).
In addition, a Customer who successfully complete a Transaction for the first time will be eligible to receive additional cashback worth RM3 (“Additional Cashback”). For clarity, “first time” refers to a Transaction completed by (i) new Boost users, or (ii) existing Boost users, who have never purchased a Google Play code in the Boost mobile application (“Boost app”) prior to this Campaign, and are making their first purchase during the Campaign Period.
“Transaction” refers to a minimum purchase of RM30 on a Google Play code in a single transaction in the Boost app. Where relevant, for purposes of clause 5 and 6 below, Cashback and Additional Cashback shall collectively be referred to as “Cashback”.
2. (a) The Cashback is limited to 9,000 eligible Transactions successfully performed by the eligible Customers only throughout the Campaign Period on a first-come-first-served basis.
(b) Subject to the criteria in clause 1 above, the Additional Cashback is limited to 5,000 eligible Transactions successfully performed by the eligible Customers only throughout the Campaign Period on a first-come-first-served basis.
3. Subject to clauses 1 and 2 above, each eligible Customer may only receive one (1) Cashback and (where applicable) one (1) Additional Cashback, under this Campaign.
4. The Cashback will be credited into the eligible Customers’ Google Play Wallet in their Boost app within 24 hours after the corresponding Transaction is successfully made.
In addition where applicable, the Additional Cashback will be credited into the eligible Customers’ Google Play Wallet in their Boost app on the corresponding Credit Date stipulated in the table below, based on the respective Transaction Period:

5. A minimum spend of RM30 is required to utilize the Cashback, and it can only be utilized for purchases of any Google Play code made available in the Boost app only. Each Cashback is for single use/ transaction only.
6. The Cashback must be utilized within 30 days after the Customers receiving it. Any unutilized Cashback shall expire and be forfeited automatically without further notice and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
