GO PREMIUM (JULY – DECEMBER 2023) CAMPAIGN

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF GO PREMIUM (JULY – DECEMBER 2023) CAMPAIGN (“Campaign”)

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions, and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period

1 July 2023 – 31 December 2023

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to Boost Basic Wallet users only (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics

1. Customers who successfully upgrade their Boost wallet from Basic Wallet to Premium Wallet during the Campaign Period may receive a RM5 UnionPay QR Wallet and a RM5 Boost Wallet which will be credited into their Boost account and be visible under the “My Partner Wallets” page in their Boost App (collectively, “Reward”).
2. No minimum spend is required to utilize the RM5 UnionPay QR Wallet, and the RM5 UnionPay QR Wallet can only be utilized when making a payment via UnionPay QR in Boost App.
3. There is a RM20 minimum spend required to utilize the RM5 Boost Wallet.
4. The RM5 Boost Wallet may be used to perform any transaction on the Boost App, except for:
   (i)     sending money; and
   (ii)   transferring out to any bank account.
5. The Reward will be limited to the first 4,000 utilizations each month. The Reward shall be valid for 30 days upon receipt or until full utilization, whichever comes first. Any unutilized Reward after the aforementioned utilization period shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without notice and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
6. Subject to the capped/ maximum number of Customers eligible to utilize the Reward as stipulated in paragraph 5 above, eligible Customers will receive the Reward on its corresponding Reward Disbursement Date as illustrated in Table 1 below based on its corresponding Go Premium Completion Date of upgrading wallet to Premium Wallet. Go Premium Completion Date shall mean the date of successful upgrade to Premium Wallet.
