This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customers (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period
1 April 2022 until 30 June 2022

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users who purchase CarProtect via the “Insurance” apptile on the Boost mobile application (“Boost app”) during the Campaign Period (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics:

  1. The first 1,000 Customers who successfully spend a minimum of RM700 on CarProtect within the Campaign Period will be eligible to receive the corresponding amount of cashback based on their total CarProtect premium payable amount only. For the avoidance of doubt, this amount is inclusive of add-ons but excluding SST, Stamp Duty, and Road Tax charges. Please see corresponding cashback receivable illustrated in Table 1 below (“Reward”).

    RM1,400 – RM1,799 a cashback of RM150 into Boost Wallet
    RM1,800 – RM2,499 a cashback of RM200 into Boost Wallet
    RM2,500 – RM3,200 a cashback of RM300 into Boost Wallet

  2. The Reward shall be credited into the eligible Customers’ Boost Wallet in their Boost app. To clarify, for the Reward to be credited into the Customer’s Boost Wallet, the purchase of the Customer’s CarProtect transaction must have been approved by Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan Malaysia (JPJ) during the Campaign Period (“Transaction”).
  3. Subject to paragraphs 1, 2 and 4, Customers may make multiple Transactions and receive multiple Rewards during the Campaign Period.
  4. The Reward is available to the first 1,000 Customers who have successfully completed the Transactions during the Campaign Period, on a first come, first served basis only, and eCode may at its sole and absolute discretion stop the Campaign during the Campaign Period once the Rewards are fully credited. Customers whose Transactions are successful within the Successful JPJ Approval Date stipulated in the table below will receive their corresponding Reward on the corresponding Cashback Date as set out below and shall be notified accordingly.

  5. The Reward must be utilized within ninety (90) days of the eligible Customer receiving the Reward (“Utilization Period”). Any unutilized Reward after the Utilization Period shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without further notice and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode or the respective insurers.
