GAWAI KAAMATAN RM5 CASHBACK CAMPAIGN
This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.
In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.
Campaign Period
26 May 2022 until 3 June 2022
Eligibility
This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).
Campaign Mechanics
1. During the Campaign Period, Customers who spend a minimum of RM80 in a single transaction and make payment with Boost (“Transaction”) at selected Boost online partner’s website, mobile app or Boost Online Shopping Apptile that are listed herein (please click here for the full list of participating partners) will be eligible to receive a cashback of RM5 (“Cashback”).
2. The Cashback will be credited immediately into the eligible Customers’ Gawai Kaamatan Online Wallet in their Boost app upon successful Transaction.
3. Cashback is limited to the first 4,200 eligible Transactions only throughout the Campaign Period. For clarity, no further cashback/ reward will be given out in the event that the Cashback has been fully given out under this Campaign.
4. Subject to paragraph 3 above, each eligible Customer may only receive a maximum of two (2) Cashback under this Campaign.
5. No minimum spend is required to utilize the Cashback but the Cashback must be utilized to make an online transaction at selected participating online partners that are listed herein (please click here for the full list of participating online partners). For clarity, each Cashback is for single use/ transaction only. If a user receives 2 Cashbacks under this Campaign, he cannot utilize all 2 Cashbacks at the same time in a single transaction.
6. Cashback must be utilized by 3 July 2022. Any unutilized Cashback shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without further notice, and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
