Fave November Online Campaign

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T))(“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and  Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUp” Terms and Conditions (which shall govern the use of the Boost Coins rewarded under this Campaign).

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUp” Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period

8 November until 30 November 2020

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”)

Campaign Mechanics:

1. Customers who have paid with Boost previously and pay with Boost during the Campaign Period for any purchase made via (i) “FaveDeals” in the Boost app; or (ii) “Deals” in the Fave app (“Transaction”), will be eligible to receive 3X Boost coins based on the Transaction amount (“Boost Coins”) (example: A spent RM50 in a single Transaction and made payment with Boost. A will be eligible to receive 150 Boost Coins), subject to paragraph 2.

2. The Boost Coins:

a. rewarded per Transaction shall be up to a maximum of 300 Boost Coins;

b. rewarded throughout Campaign Period shall be limited to a total of 240,000 Boost Coins, on a first come-first serve basis;

c. is limited to only one (1) Transaction per Customer subject to paragraph 2(b) above; and

d. will be credited into the Existing Fave User’s “Boost Coins History” in the Boost App within fourteen (14) working days from the date of the Transaction.

3. The Boost Coins must be utilized by 31 December 2020, failing which, the Boost Coins shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without notice.
