FAVE FRIDAYS CAMPAIGN

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in this Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period

This Campaign shall happen on every Friday falling within the period from 1 August 2021 until 31 December 2021 (i.e. on the Transaction Date as stipulated in the table below).

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“eligible Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics:

1. During the Campaign Period, eligible Customers will be eligible to receive a cashback of RM6 (“Cashback”) if they:
   • spend a minimum of RM6 in a single transaction on Fave’s in app tile on Boost app, Fave’s website (https://www.myfave.com/) or Fave’s mobile app; and
   • on a Transaction Date stipulated in the table below; and
   • for the first time, make payment with Boost

For clarity, a transaction performed by eligible Customer which fulfills the    abovementioned criteria shall hereinafter referred to as “Transaction”.

2. The Cashback will be credited into the eligible Customer’s Fave Online Wallet in their Boost app on the corresponding Cashback Credit Date stipulated in the third column of the table above based on the date of the successful Transaction.
3. Cashback is limited to the first 1,658 eligible Transactions throughout the Campaign Period.
4. Each eligible Customer may only receive one (1) Cashback under this Campaign.
5. No minimum spend is required to utilize the Cashback but the Cashback must be utilized only on Fave’s in app tile on Boost app, Fave’s website (https://www.myfave.com/) or Fave’s mobile app, and make payment with Boost.
6. Cashback must be utilized before its corresponding Cashback Expiry Date stipulated in the fourth column of the table above. Any unutilized Cashback shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without further notice, and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against
