EXTRA UP TO RM100 PHONE REBATE FOR BOOST EBELIA USERS CAMPAIGN

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T))(“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions, Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions and eBelia Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) eBelia Terms and Conditions; (ii) these terms and conditions; (iii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iv) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (v) Boost Terms and Conditions.

About This Campaign

This Campaign is organized by Boost pursuant to the eBelia initiative by The Government of Malaysia in collaboration with e-wallet service providers in Malaysia, namely Boost, BigPay, ShopeePay and Touch ‘n Go e-wallet (“eBelia”). The terms and conditions for this Campaign must be read together with the terms and conditions of the eBelia.

Campaign Period

1 June 2021 until 31 July 2021

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users who have successfully claimed their RM150 eBelia disbursement (“Disbursement”) with Boost (“Claimants”).

This Promotion shall be applicable to all Boost users who:

  1. have successfully claimed their RM150 eBelia disbursement with Boost and
  2. received the Celcom Phone rebate voucher code via Boost App (“Voucher Code”); and maintain an active Celcom line throughout the Promotion Period. For clarity, active means Customer will be able to make and return calls.

This Promotion is also applicable to Customers in the following categories:

  1. New Registration;
  2. Mobile Number Portability (MNP) customers;
  3. Prepaid to Postpaid (P2P) customers.

(hereinafter referred to as the “Customers”).

For clarity purposes, MNP Customers are required to be successfully port-in to Celcom before they are eligible for any offerings under this Promotion. 

Campaign Mechanics:

  1. To participate in this Promotion, the Customers need to carry out the following steps:
    Step 1: Log on here
    Step 2: Subscribe to any Device Bundle plan on Celcom Online Shop
    Step 3: Key in the Voucher Code obtained from Boost app eBelia program upon checkout at Celcom Online Shop. The Rebate will be fulfilled into the customer’s bill.

     

    Step 4: Checkout and complete the payment with any of the payment method offered in the portal.
  2. Each Voucher Code can only be used for subscription of one plan with a single transaction.
  3. The offer is based on first come, first served basis with the below capping:
    Product Offer Quantity available
    Samsung phone with MEGA™ plan Extra RM100 Phone rebate into customer’s 2nd month’s bill For the first 500 customers only
    Other phone brands with MEGA™ plan Extra RM100 Phone rebate into customer’s 2nd month’s bill For the first 200 customers only
    Samsung and other phone brands with XP Lite™ plan Extra RM60 Phone rebate into customer’s bill over 2nd to 4th months’ bill (RM20 x 3 months) For the first 500 customers only
  4. The offer shall be forfeited in the event the Customer performs the following action:
    1. a. Downsize the Plan; or
    2. b. Failure to keep an active Celcom line; or
    3. c. Account is blacklisted; or
    4. d. Terminate the plan.
