ePenjana Lifestyle Rewards Bundle & Prizes Campaign

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1214970-T)(“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

About This Campaign

This Campaign is organized by Boost pursuant to the ePENJANA initiative by The Government of Malaysia in collaboration with e-wallet service providers in Malaysia, namely Boost, GrabPay and Touch ‘n Go e-wallet (“ePENJANA Program”). The terms and conditions for this Campaign must be read together with the terms and conditions of the ePENJANA Program.

Campaign Period

31 July 2020 until 30 September 2020.

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users who have successfully claimed their RM50 ePENJANA disbursement (“Disbursement”) with Boost (“Claimants”).

Campaign Mechanics

1. Successful Claimants will get:
   1. RM60 Celcom XP Lite Postpaid Voucher; and
   2. up to RM20 worth of Lifestyle Rewards Bundle (“Bundle”) given at random when they spend a minimum of RM5 of their Disbursement.
   3. Claimants will receive the Bundle within 2 working days after the first successful transaction made with the Disbursement.
2. The Bundle consists of cashbacks from various partners via their respective Partner Wallet and/or Vouchers (“Rewards’’). The Rewards shall be subject to the respective partner’s terms and conditions.

3. All Rewards in the Bundle must be utilized before its expiry date as stated above.
4. All successful Claimants shall also get an entry to stand a chance to win prizes worth a total of RM300,000.
5. eCode will randomly select fifty four (54) eligible Claimants in the first 30 days from the start of the Campaign Period and fifty four (54) eligible Claimants in the following 30 days to win the following prizes:

6. Entries for Claimants in August will stand a chance to win prizes allocated in August. However if the Claimant does not win in August, the Claimant will still be entitled to stand a chance to win the prizes allocated in September.
7. Claimants may only win one (1) prize under this Campaign.
8. The winners will be notified by eCode via EDM and/ or Boost Mail for the redemption of the prizes.
9. The prizes will be given within one (1) month from the confirmation of prize acceptance.
10. If there are any changes in the details which the winners have provided to eCode, winners will be required to update eCode accordingly, failing which such winner may not be able to claim his prize.
11. The MYVI (1500 AV AT) and Yamaha Y15ZR do not include road tax and insurance and the choice of colour for these prizes are subject to availability.
