CODA YEAR END CAMPAIGN
| This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode). By participating in this Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.
In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions. Campaign Period Eligibility Campaign Mechanics 1. During the Campaign Period, Customers who spend a minimum amount of RM30 in a single transaction on www.codashop.com (“Coda website”) using Boost as payment method (“Transaction”) will stand a chance to win the reward for the corresponding Transaction Month as stipulated in Table 1 below (“Reward”). One (1) Transaction equals to one (1) entry. 2. Table 1 below stipulates the month the Transaction is made, the type of the respective Reward, and the number of winners for the said month:
Table 1 3. Customers may make multiple Transactions to increase their chances of winning. 4. A week after the end of each month during the Campaign Period, eCode will randomly select the respective number of winners for each month based on the total eligible entries received for each respective month under this Campaign. 5. Entry for the draw of the Rewards each month closes on the last day (11:59pm) of each month during the Campaign Period. The entry pool is refreshed at the beginning of each month during the Campaign Period. 6. Each winner shall only be entitled to receive one (1) Reward each month during the Campaign Period under this Campaign. 7. During the Campaign Period, the Reward will be credited into the selected winners’ Codashop Wallet in their Boost app within fourteen (14) working days after the last day of each month. 8. A minimum spend of RM30 is required to utilize the Reward, and it can only be utilized to perform transactions on Coda website and by using Boost as the payment method. 9. Reward must be utilized within thirty (30) days upon receipt. Any unutilized Reward shall expire and be forfeited automatically without further notice and the winner shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode or Coda. |
