CNY Unstoppable Tu-gether: Marrybrown RM3 cashback Campaign

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MARRYBROWN RM3 CASHBACK CAMPAIGN (“CAMPAIGN”)

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period

9 January 2023 until 28 February 2022

Eligibility

This Campaign shall only be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics

1. During the Campaign Period, Customers who spend a minimum of RM20 in a single transaction at any participating Marrybrown outlets (please click the following link for a list of participating Marrybrown outlets: https://marrybrown.com/locations/) and pay with Boost (“Transaction”) will be eligible to receive a cashback of RM3 (“Reward”).
2. The utilization of the Rewards is only limited to the first 10,000 utilizations, throughout the Campaign Period, on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Subject to paragraph 2 above, the Reward will be credited immediately into the eligible Customers’ RM3 Marrybrown Wallet in their Boost app upon eligible and successful Transaction.
4. Subject to paragraph 2 above, each eligible Customer may only receive up to a maximum of two (2) Reward under this Campaign. For clarity, each Reward is for single use/transaction only.
5. No minimum spend is required to utilize the Reward, but the Reward may only be utilized when making a transaction at any participating Marrybrown outlets (please click the following link for a list of participating Marrybrown outlets: https://marrybrown.com/locations/) and pay with Boost only.
6. Each Reward must be utilized within thirty (30) days upon receipt. Any unutilized Reward shall expire and be automatically forfeited without notice, and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode or Marrybrown Sdn Bhd.
