CAR INSURANCE 1ST ANNIVERSARY RENEWAL CAMPAIGN

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in this Campaign, Customers (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these Terms and Conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period
22 August 2022 until 31 December 2022

Eligibility
This Campaign shall be applicable to selected 482 Boost users who are existing CarProtect customers and successfully renew their CarProtect insurance before the first anniversary of their CarProtect insured period with Boost during the Campaign Period (“Customers”) provided that the Customer had not participated and received the reward from another on-going CarProtect campaign during the Campaign Period, and if the Customer participates and receives the Reward from this Campaign, the Customer will not be eligible to participate and receive the reward from another on-going CarProtect campaign during the Campaign Period.

Examples:

If Customer had participated in and received the reward from an on-going CarProtect cashback campaign during the Campaign Period, the Customer will not be eligible for this campaign.

If Customer had participated in and received the Reward from this Campaign, the Customer will not be eligible to participate in and receive the reward from any other on-going CarProtect campaigns during the Campaign Period.

Campaign Mechanics:

1. Customers who successfully renew CarProtect insurance (“Transaction”) will be eligible to receive the following benefits (“Rewards”):
a. FREE flood allowance of RM1,000; and
b. FREE all drivers add-on worth RM20; and
c. Agreed value of the vehicle sum insured; and
d. Up to 7% cashback of their total insurance premium payable amount only. For the avoidance of doubt, the aforementioned total premium payable amount is inclusive of add-ons but excluding SST, Stamp Duty, and Road Tax charges.

2. For the avoidance of doubt, a successful Transaction in paragraph 1 means:
a. Customers have an existing CarProtect insurance that was purchased prior to this Campaign; and
b. Customers renew their CarProtect insurance before the first anniversary of their CarProtect insured period within the Campaign Period; and
c. The purchase of the Customer’s CarProtect insurance is made and has been approved by Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan Malaysia (“JPJ”) within the Campaign Period.

3. Rewards (a) – (c) above shall be awarded to the eligible Customers via email within 14 days of successful renewal of CarProtect insurance and will be effective immediately upon successful renewal and will be enforced for the entire insured period.

4. Reward (d) above will be awarded to eligible Customers in a form of a Boost Partner Wallet and will be credited into the eligible Customers’ Boost Wallet in their Boost app. For clarity, the aforementioned “Boost Wallet” where the Reward will be credited is a form of a sub-wallet/ partner wallet created for purposes of this Campaign, it is not referring to the main Boost e-wallet.

5. The amount in which eligible Customers will receive Reward (d) above is based on their Transaction Date as stipulated in the table below.

6. Eligible Customers whose Transactions are successful within the Successful Policy Issuance Date stipulated in the table below will receive Reward (d) above on the corresponding Reward Date and shall be notified accordingly.

7. Reward (d) above must be utilized within ninety (90) days upon receipt by the eligible Customer (“Utilization Period”). Any unutilized Reward (d) after the Utilization Period shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without further notice and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode or the respective insurer(s).
