BPT SURVEY 2021 GIVEAWAY

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iii) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period

2 March 2021 until 23 June 2021

Survey Period 1
Survey is open to Boost users only from 2 March 2021 until 13 March 2021

Survey Period 2
Survey is open to non-Boost users on selected digital advertisements only from 9 June 2021 until 23 June 2021

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to:

(1)           all Boost users; and

(2)           non-Boost users (who responded on selected digital advertisements),

(collectively, “Participants”, and “Participant” means anyone of them).

Campaign Mechanics:

  1. During the Campaign Period, Participants who successfully complete the questionnaires of the BPT Survey 2021 (“Survey”) will stand a chance to win prizes as stipulated in the table below.
  2. Each Participant may only answer/ complete the Survey once under this Campaign.
  3. eCode will randomly select fifty-two (52) winners within seven (7) working days after the end of the Campaign Period. Each selected winner is only eligible to receive one (1) Prize under this Campaign.

  4. The winners will be notified by eCode by way of email to their email addresses which have been provided to eCode (“winner notification”).
  5. With regards to the Apple Watch Series 6 and Sharp 42-inch full HD TV,
      1. a. the winners of such prizes must complete the relevant acceptance form provided by eCode in the winner notification (“Winner Acceptance Form”) within fourteen (14) working days after the winner notification has been sent via email, failing which, eCode shall have the discretion to either select another winner, or to forfeit the prize(s). In such event, the winner(s) shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
      2. b. the prizes will be given to the winners within two (2) months from the receipt by eCode of the selected winners’ completion and confirmation of the Winner Acceptance Form.
  6. With regards to the RM50 Boost credits,
      1. a. the winners of such prizes will be given a redemption code (“Code”) in the winner notification sent by eCode via email;
      2. b. the winners can redeem the RM50 Boost credits by using the Code on the Boost app within 7 working days after the date of the winners’ notification, failing which, the Code shall expire and be forfeited automatically without further notice and the winner(s) shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode;
      3. c. in the event that the selected winners are non-Boost users, they can opt to:
        1. i. sign up and register for a wallet account with eCode and thereafter upon successful registration, redeem the RM50 Boost credits using the Code on the Boost app; or
        2. ii. pass the Code to one (1) of their selected family members or friends who is a Boost user (Provided that he/she is not a winner of any prizes given under this Campaign) to redeem the RM50 Boost credits using the Code on the Boost app,
      4. within 7 working days after the date of the winners’ notification, failing which, the Code shall expire and be forfeited automatically without further notice and the winner(s) shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
  7. If there are any changes in the details which the winners have provided to eCode, the winners will be required to update eCode accordingly, failing which such winner may not be able to claim his prize.
  8. Where applicable, the prizes offered under this Campaign shall be subject to availability of stock. eCode reserves the right to substitute and replace the prizes offered with another prize of equal value or higher value as eCode deems fit.

For avoidance of doubt, “personal data” includes all data defined within the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 including all data you had disclosed to Axiata Digital eCode Sdn Bhd under this Campaign.

If you are unable to access the Survey, this means we have already received sufficient feedbacks and have closed the Survey under this Campaign.
