BOOSTUP DAY DECEMBER
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOSTUP DAY DECEMBER CAMPAIGN (“CAMPAIGN”)
This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUP” Terms and Conditions.
In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUP” Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iii) Boost Terms and Conditions.

This campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).
- During the Campaign Period, Customers who redeem any or all of the eligible items listed under the “FlexiRedeem” tab in the BoostUP Rewards Catalogue in the Boost App, using Boost Stars and money from their Boost Wallet (“FlexiRedeem Redemption”), will be eligible to receive extra 12X Bonus Boost Stars (“Bonus Boost Stars“) on the monetary payment involved in the FlexiRedeem Redemption, notwithstanding the Customers’ BoostUP level. For clarity, Customers who have received the Reward under this Campaign are not entitled to the default number of Boost Stars which are tied to their BoostUP level.
For illustration purpose only:
If a Customer spends 2,000 Boost Stars and RM20 on a successful FlexiRedeem Redemption during the Campaign Period, the Customer is eligible to receive 12X Bonus Boost Stars for the RM20 payment despite his/her BoostUP level being a Silver Sergeant, i.e. earning only 240 Boost Stars from the aforementioned FlexiRedeem Redemption.
- The corresponding amount of Bonus Boost Stars earned will be credited into the eligible Customer’s BoostUP account within seven (7) working days after the Campaign Period ends and will appear in the eligible Customer’s “Boost Stars History” page within the Boost App. Once received, similarly to the standard Boost Stars, the Bonus Boost Stars are subject to Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUP” Terms and Conditions.
- Each eligible Customer is entitled to make multiple redemptions under the “FlexiRedeem” tab in the BoostUP Rewards Catalogue in the Boost App during the Campaign Period, subject to items availability in the BoostUP Rewards Catalogue in the Boost App.
