Boost Your Bills And Top Ups Campaign

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions, and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period

30 January 2021 until 18 April 2021

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics

  1. Customers who:
  • spend RM30 cumulatively on bill payments via the Boost mobile application (“Boost App”) (“Bill Payment Transaction”); or
  • perform prepaid top up of RM30 cumulatively via the Boost App (“Prepaid Top Up Transaction”);

(collectively, “Transaction”) during the Participation Period set out in the table below will stand a chance of winning a prize (“Reward”) based on the table below.

  1. Every cumulative spend of RM30 earns a Customer one (1) entry. Customers may make multiple Transactions to gain multiple entries to increase their chances of winning.
  2. eCode will randomly select the winners for every Round. The maximum number of winners for each Round is set out in the table in paragraph 1 above. Each eligible Customer may only win one (1) Reward for each Round.
  3. For the avoidance of doubt,
    • a Customer who makes a Bill Payment Transaction will stand a chance of winning the RM50 Bill Payment Partner Wallet Cashback;
    • a Customer who makes a Prepaid Top Up Transaction will stand a chance of winning the RM50 Prepaid Top Up Partner Wallet Cashback;
    • a Customer who makes both Bill Payment Transaction and Prepaid Top Up Transaction will stand a chance of winning either one of the Rewards only;
    • subject to them making the Bill Payment Transaction and/ or Prepaid Top Up Transaction during Round 2, winners of Round 1 are still eligible and are entitled to stand a chance of winning a Reward for Round 2.

Example: Customer who spends RM150 cumulatively on Bill Payment Transaction or Prepaid Top Up Transaction via the Boost App within a Participation Period (e.g. Round 1) will earn the Customer 5 entries for that Participation Period (i.e. Round 1) to win the RM50 Bill Payment Partner Wallet Cashback or the RM50 Top Up Partner Wallet Cashback, as the case may be.

    1. The winners will be notified by eCode via In-App notification and the Reward will be credited into the winner’s Bill Payment or Prepaid Top Up partner wallet in their Boost App within 3 working days from the Reward Date for each Round (as set out in the table in Paragraph 1).
    2. No minimum spend is required to utilize the Reward but the Reward must only be used to make bill payment or prepaid top up transactions via the Boost App, as the case may be.
    3. The Rewards must be utilized by 31st May 2021. Any unutilized Reward after the Utilization Period shall expire and shall be automatically
